I imagine some people would presume that 'Never Ever' was their debut. I know I did for a few years (YESSS Babybird! Both of my parents love that song but I don't think I ever would've heard it if they didn't own Now 35, so a good shout) |

Good choice! That's totally overlooked due to later moments as you say.
This was HUGE and is never mentioned anywhere these days... doesn't even make the 90s compilations I don't think? |

I actually LOVE that Donna Lewis track, and the Paula Cole one. Haven't listened to them in too long, feeling a 90s playlist is to be compiled tomorrow!

despite being a number one smash it has been almost LOST to time in pop culture? |

This is a slightly odd choice but this was pretty popular for a while...
While THIS was one of my favourites back in 1992: |

this is so depressing that these songs are in the retro forum now madonna's 'music' came on the radio and my mum went 'oh that's an old song isn't it...' - my MUM.

Sweet Harmony is fantastic, I played their Conscience album to death and still love most of it now.
Even SQUIGGLYSYMBOLYPRINCE himself seemed to forget this one existed. This post has been edited by dandy*: Nov 25 2017, 11:42 PM |
