Today marks the one year anniversary (according to my Timehop) of the 'Work Bitch' video.
How do you feel about this video now? Is it still as striking to you now as it was when it first premiered? What's your favourite scene? Why do you love/like/dislike/hate the video? --- For me this video is still brilliant! Britney showed the passion and fire that was missing from her videos for a while. The energy was just ON POINT for every scene! I still watch it now thinking, this is incredible. It's my favourite choreography routine, I think. My favourite scenes are definitely these bits: SO JUST BOW DOWN AND APPRECIATE HER BEST VIDEO IN YEARS! |

A mediocre lead to her worst era to date. Video is great, though.

The video is PHENOMENAL, as is the song.
The video is just so sleek and well executed on every end. |

It's a fantastic video, I still love it just as much as I did then. I remember first watching it and being astonished to finally see Britney with some of the personality, charisma and passion in her eyes that I remember from when I was younger.

'Work Bitch' is my f***ing song ok. I used to jam every morning to it before work for like 6 months, and then a mash-up with Iggy's 'Work' leaked and I f***ing jammed to that.
It slayed me. Best Britney single since 'Circus' for me. God bless. |

The video is fabulous. Don't return to the song as much though, as i find much more pleasure in 'Perfume' and 'Alien' now.

"Go call the police, go call the GUVAHNAH" remains as one of Britneys BEST lyrical moments, idgaf.
And yes, Bal! "Work Bitch", "Perfume" and "Alien" are the standout tracks of Britney Jean. Those along with "Bodyache", "Til It's Gone", "Brightest Morning Star" and "Hold On Tight" are the only tracks I still play, tbh. This post has been edited by Tyler~: 1st October 2014, 11:24 PM |
