Today Ariana has two reasons to celebrate! Not only is it the 2nd year anniversary of 'Sweetener' but she has also surpassed Rihanna as the most streamed female of ALL-TIME on Spotify with over 20.5 billion streams to her name *.* congrats Ari  Good excuse to stream her music some more today x |

She really has become such a juggernaut over the past few years. I think the men above her are Drake, Ed Sheeran and Post Malone!
Excited to see how her next era will perform. My top 10 most played Ariana songs right now: 01. God is a woman - 117 02. no tears left to cry - 97 03. 7 rings - 95 04. thank u, next - 88 05. NASA - 67 A very large percentage of these will be Spotify streams as I stopped using iTunes a few years ago! |

 and to take over such a name as 'Rihanna' just screams POWERFUL, despite the fact RiRi hasn't released anything recently, it's still so huge. I can only assume Taylor is 3rd? |

An amazing achievement!
I do love Rihanna but Ariana is the first female artist who comes to mind for me when I think of streaming success amongst females especially as she holds the honour of the first UK #1 single to include streaming sales. Her career has practically all happened in the streaming era. |

Incredible achievement and very well deserved. She is the leading streaming female of the past few years so this is long overdue. Rihanna having the title previously seems.. odd!?

For Billie to already be #4 on that list as well is so so impressive! I didn’t actually expect Taylor to be third just because of how she was anti Spotify for a time and then Beyoncé for a time was too as well
