The 5 second clip on her insta stories sounds a bit soporific I hope it breaks into something upbeat!

Interesting that Ella and Becky Hill have the same management who have chosen to release new music on exactly the same day!
I guess no particular problem other than stretching your management resource!

Oh, this is GREAT. 'Take Care of You' was really good but I feel like this builds on the groundwork that laid and improves it. Also, it's nice to hear the song's title in context!
I'd definitely agree it's her best single since Ghost/Glow (if we're not counting 'This Is Real').
I really like it but it's giving me heavy 'Rain On Me' vibes.

^Becky Hill gets super belated Spotify support, never on week 1... even now, her new single has zero support so far and of course it's doing nothing.

Any thoughts why that ‘reversal’ might be??
Becky Hill is on several popular streaming playlists and Ella isn't unfortunately
It’s likely that Becky gets more immediate playlist support because she’s fairly consistent with her hits, whereas Ella is not. Even the Sigala track flopped.
Roger Sanchez Remix now out with a much stronger sample of Another Chance.

This seems to be making decent gains on Apple Music, maybe there is hope of it at least making a small dent.
Roger Sanchez Remix sounds like the average generic club mix unfortunately.
I'm not surprised it's struggling, it's a 6/10 and Ella sounds majestic as always but there's something missing from the song. The poundshop Becky Hill isn't really working for Ella I feel, I'm still holding out for her to do well as Take Care Of You was a minor hit (can we call it that?) but I'm not sure there's anything she can do. It's a shame things broke down with Syco, another success from them :') Her voice is too good not to be huge
In other news Take Care Of You has become one of my songs of the year (I should be more keen on this tbh )
