My first 12 or 13, I think Though, technically, I should have qualified on a tie-breaker with my debut. Still pretty impressive though

Three in a row, three times.
67-69, 91-93 and 124-126, so I just escaped lengthening that one this month just gone, which was quite a relief. |

Thankfully never more than 2 in a row: 43-44, 103-104, 108-109 though I did DNQ 5 times between 101 and 110 which is by far my worst 'decade' result.

Three in a row in summer 2013, following 42 consecutive qualifiers. It was quite odd, I just suddenly lost it Have had a few instances of two in a row since then.

4 in a row... twice in 2012 (#41-44 and #46-49) - that first run is 5 if you also count my DNQ in #36 before I left for the rest of 2011.
I'm not sure I'd still be here if I had that same 'luck' in 2013. Haven't DNQed more than twice in a row since. |

I've had three sets of four consecutive DNQs
In 2009: XIII - dnq OneRepublic // Sleep XIV - dnq Passion Pit // Better Things XV - dnq Tommy Sparks // She's Got Me Dancing XVI - dnq Phoenix // 1901 In 2015-16: LXXVIII - dnq Animal Collective // Alvin Row LXXIX - dnq Telephones // Blaff LXXX - dnq Stephen Lopkin // Farewell G41 LXXXI - dnq Art Of Tones // The World As I Live It An amazing set of entries too. 'Blaff' in particular is 8 minutes of Balearic lushness and one of the most underrated tracks of the decade. In 2017: XCI - dnq Japandroids // Near To The Wild Heart Of Life XCII - dnq Martyn Bennett // Blackbird XCIII - dnq Musta Barbaari // Salil Eka Salil Vika XCIV - dnq Kjartan Lauritzen // Fredag Which were followed by a #36 smash and two more consecutive DNQs. Honourable mention to 2018 where 7/9 entries dnq'd. |

Seven in a row from my third to my ninth contest, I used to have a bit of a reputation for it until Singerpurear beat me! Since then, I don't believe I've ever had more than two, I guess it always spurs me into action and I've got better at sensing what will smash and won't (I clearly had no idea of this in 2012).

Amazingly enough mine is only 5 (119 - 123), I tend to have DNQ periods of about that much punctured by the odd Q rather than massive 10 contest streaks

2 in a row, 107-108 & 122-123. Not bad considering I'm about to hit 50 entries.

I’ve never DNQed more than once at a time! 7 DNQs to date and I’m generally good at bouncing back - a lot of the follow-ups have been top 10s - Virtual Paradise, Yo Quiero Bailar, Arcade Summer, I Show You Secrets etc.

3 is the most I've had in consecutive contests which has happened three times (my first three entries in 19-21, then 34-36 and 54-56). I was banned for 37 then DNQed again in 38 though so I did have 4 entries in a row that DNQed then. Not had more than 1 at a time (11 times) again since 56 though ~

we all know what mine is it's 2 you drama queen I really don’t! I think mine is 2 but not really sure You had 2 a few times 73-74; 104-105; 124-125 Contests ending with 5 have been pretty unlucky for you ever since you skipped 85 :') DNQd 3 times and placed 22nd in the remaining one. That's a fun stat~ |

^ the tragic moment when your one entry that did qualify is probably my least favourite of your entries so far
