How we all doing? I'm SO excited to finally confirm my brand new single! It's called 'MY LOVE', it features the brilliant Ayra Starr and it's out on SEPTEMBER 7.
This is a song I've been incredibly excited to share with you for so long. I wanted to wait and come with 'Don't Say Love' first because I knew there was a story that I needed to finish. I wanted to start fresh with 'My Love' and come with a new lease of life, almost like a rebirth, which continues through the incredible video we shot (more on that VERY soon). With the sound & energy of this song, I knew I needed an equally powerful woman to join me on this song and I've been obsessed with Ayra Starr for so long. I reached out to her to see if she'd be interested and I'm so happy that she said yes! I can't wait for you to see this video and I can't wait for you to hear this record. Let's f****** GOOOOOOO I know you guys loved the CD singles for 'Don't Say Love' and I'm super happy to announce that we have CD's available for 'My Love' too. Leigh-Anne’s ‘hopes’ the album will come next year, she said she’s not rushing it. She wants to show a lot of sides to her before putting out the album.

While I never expected the album to come in the fourth quarter (even if it's not as busy as it used to be), it's not a good sign that they haven't decided a firm release date yet. There's a risk they'll end up chasing that big hit that might never happen.

I'm really enjoying it a lot!
We were spoiled with hearing a lot of it before hand though. Hoping the video will elevate the song even more! 2/2 for me! |
