I thought I would start this topic in here to chat about any sports books, magazines, films or tv series you love.
I have a similar one in the news and politics forum and thought it would be nice to hear the same about sports. This post has been edited by Steve201: Aug 17 2020, 11:27 PM |

I watched the Maradona film last night, Jesus he was a mad man. Legend in Naples until the 1990 World Cup when he put the hosts out in pens in the semi final.
Great watch even at 3 hours long. |

I watched a programme recapping the most memorable moments of the 2016 Olympics recently.
I've heard a lot about the Michael Jordan documentary "The Last Dance" but I'm still debating whether to watch it or not. |

I've heard a lot about the Michael Jordan documentary "The Last Dance" but I'm still debating whether to watch it or not. The Last Dance is on my list, everyone says it is fantastic and very accessible even if you are not a Basketball fan. Cheer is always pretty good on Netflix too (it wasn't my choice, but I got strangely hooked). I've also started to listen to some football podcasts too. They're all much of a muchness, but very easy listening. Football Rambler and Guardian Weekly are my favourites. |

Yeh all my mates say The Last Dance is the best documentary they've ever watched.
Don't listen to any podcasts except the motd one as I think a lot of football journos are quite snotty and middle class except Henry Winter who I like a lot. Also need a new updated phone as BBC sounds can't be added to my phone anymore it's an old iPhone 5. |
