They probably rushed it, as they all seem to be 100k too much. (i.e. they put 275k instead of 175k)

The Power of Good-Bye is #131 in the Top 200 Female Solo Singles of the 90's, selling 160,900 copies. MusicWeek said 175,100 in 2008, so it's sold 13,200 between 2000-2008 - ~1,500 per year
