I am pretty shocked, I genuinely thought it would be an all-English semi-final.
Rodgers has a terrible record in Europe. He was the same at Liverpool & Celtic too. |

When we were drawn and I saw the last 5 remaining I was just hoping for neither AC Milan nor Molde damn!

I've been avoiding the Europa League after the experience of last season but now that we're into the quarter finals I can't really ignore it anymore. We have to win this competition now and not have a repeat of the BS from last season. Looking at the teams that are left we don't have any excuse to fail in winning it as well, if we don't win the Europa League from here then it will be all on the players and the manager.

The standard of the Europa is pretty garbage this year, if United don't win it then I'd be asking some serious questions. Over two legs I think they beat any team there, then it's just a question of who it is in the final. I think Arsenal could be a threat and Ajax could give them a game but they're way better. We've got Molde and Dinamo Zagreb in the last 8, its diddums!
I actually fancied Spurs to win the Europa before tonight  Classic Mourinho, blaming everyone but himself. Weird thing is, they've been shite for a while and it's gone under the radar a bit with Liverpool being so poor too which has taken the headlines away and beaten two of the worst teams in the league.

That's surely us in the final now! It wasn't looking too good at half time but we managed to turn it around spectacularly in the 2nd half. Hopefully it will be Villarreal who we face in the final rather than Arsenal.
