Well Sia is 41...  age does come into play with Radio 1 I think but it doesn't stop dead around an artist's 40th birthday. Bey will get support as long as she is relevant enough for it.

I think it's ridiculous people on here complain like it's a BBC problem when BBC is a public service broadcaster and so goes out of their way to promote equality and variety on all their formats, hence having he BBC Trust to monitor their output. Unlike private sector alternatives which are based on profit and listeners!
