Love this wub.gif

Hopefully they'll get a good peak on the OCC in the coming weeks!

That's great news, I'd love for a Top 20 debut and I'll be thrilled with them eventually going Top 10.

(how is this chart different to the official one btw?) or is this a new one

They're in the same outfits as they were on Friday for the Capital interview right? Bit sus how they already knew they'd be number 1 then laugh.gif

It's compiled by a mix of Apple Music & iTunes data throughout the week as well as airplay data from radio stations.

I think they "freeze" the iTunes top 10 or something at 6pm and that's essentially their chart laugh.gif (although I haven't really taken any notice of this chart since it's inception so I have no idea anymore tbh)

It combines downloads, streams and airplay from Heart and Capital.

They used to freeze the iTunes top 10 just as you described but they stopped doing that in 2017 and now they do indeed claim it's based on iTunes sales, Apple Music streams and airplay from the two radio stations (Capital and Heart as mentioned above) that the show is broadcast on. The number ones on this chart recently have been quite far off where they ended up officially though, just last week they had Starstruck by Years & Years at the top and Rag'n'Bone Man & Pink for two weeks before that, despite neither of the two songs even reaching the top 30 in the official UK chart (so far at least). I would expect Confetti to do a bit better than that though.

It would not surprise me at all if they had already decided it would be #1 on their chart tbh laugh.gif

Nice start in the midweeks, hope it can hold on for top 20.

12 is a good start in the mids, hopefully top 20 is on lock for them.
