I do know that according to insiders the reason the latest Nintendo direct was delayed due to a specific game, probably linking it to some sort of disaster themed game so I'm not expecting that it's cause of Civ iv.

I've been really missing not having my PC in China, as it's made pretty much the only game I can play is Hearthstone on my phone, I got Rome Total War but while it's a much better port than I expected, the phone is so much less detailed and harder to control that I can't imagine for the long term doing any strategy games, especially one with as many buttons and controls as Cities on anything but a PC. The same for Civ if we're being honest.
