So the series ended on a cliffhanger

BTW, my favourite episode would have to be The Metaphysical Engine

So the theory has been floating around for a while but today Damian Kavanagh (BBC Three boss) has confirmed that Class has been cancelled.

QUOTE
Speaking today (September 7) at a BPG (Broadcasting Press Guild) event, Kavanagh said:
"No, [we're not bringing it back]. There was nothing wrong with it – I thought Patrick did a great job, he explored an amazing world.

"In honesty, it just didn't really land for us on BBC Three. Things sometimes don't, and I've got to make decisions about what we're going to do from a drama point of view.

"There's always times when you do something and you have to decide that it's not going to come back. Class is just one of those things."

No shock there, it's a shame a second series wasn't commissioned to iron out the flaws but oh well.

Yeh not shocked at all, literally no one watched it. Never seen something perform so poorly! ohmy.gif

Not really disappinted either, it was alright but not something I'll be watching again. It should have been seperated from the Doctor Who brand really rather than being brought into it.

The full cast is returning for a series of audio adventures from Big Finish (who produce looooooooads of audio stories for classic and now new Who, recently uniting the DoctorDonna and the Doctor and Rose as well as producing new Torchwood dramas). They'll be six stories in total, with Ace (companion of the Seventh Doctor) appearing in one of them!
