Can’t wait for this, ‘A Seat at the Table’ was my favourite album of 2016 and obviously the whole True EP was 👌🏼 too.
I hope this drops sooner rather than later. Still listen to F.U.B.U. & Mad from A Seat at the Table, as well as Losing You & Bad Girls from her EP, but new Solange is needed!
A Seat at the Table was amazing. "Cranes in the Sky" is one of the most beautiful songs of the last decade imo. Can't wait!

OMFG.
This is so soon for Sol. I just have this inkling ...Table was her warm up in the UK and this will be her breakout album. Hopefully she gets another US #1 too. I just know this is going to pop!!

What an album. So in love with it.
The production throughout is impeccable, it’s really one to get lost in.

I haven't connected to this as much as I did with A Seat at the Table, although I have only listened to the thing in full once or twice. It's lacking the obvious hooks that the previous album had
I saw she created an entire visual album, although it's only available on Apple Music currently. I'll check the Almeda video later as the trailer was insane *.*
I like Solange. But only two of the tracks on this album actually have a melody ‘Almeda’ & ‘Binz’.
I'm in love with Almeda now, the video is so stunning, the choreography is insane! I heard it on Radio 1's chillest show this evening so fingers crossed it gets added to their daytime playlist shortly
Oh and the album has debuted at #7 in the US, Solange's third top ten there. Disappointing it didn't make the top five considering A Seat at the Table made it all the way to #1 but there was an unusually high amount of competition and no build-up or tour bundle which the albums debuting above it will have had
Binz video serving 7/11 realness
I adore Binz but wish it was like 90 seconds longer. She's so stunning too!
Solange has pulled out of Coachella due to "production delays". A shame for those going, she is an incredible live performer, I'm hoping for a proper UK tour to be announced soon 💕
Really like what I've heard of the album so far, and it's interesting to see R&B ascending and evolving into plateaus beyond the mainstream, Solange has cited the likes of Steve Reich and Sun Ra as influences on When I Get Home. She's a bold artist who paints with primary brushstrokes, will be fascinating to see where she goes next.
