Well this is rather mixed for us so far ~ I'd like to at least avoid coming LAST IN THE HEAT again (not that that ever happened before!!) but at least the other songs in my heat are actually mostly good this time.

Thing is though, BJfest is about as pop-leaning a contest as you can imagine (the Final is basically just a pop-tart circlejerk as most others who get eliminated beforehand just shrug their shoulders and don't bother voting~). Therefore 'Andalouse' perfectly fits the bill as a qualifier/eventual winning contender!

I rarely boycott anything but I think I'll have to start considering that if not ONE of me, Taahino, Altyr or Sangria gets beyond the first round.

Unfortunately it does look like my heat has a clear top 5, I'll just be praying one of those can be dislodged.
