"They upgraded Tina Cousins a few years back and belatedly gave her a Top 40 with ‘Forever’ changing it from its original peak of #45 to #38." I know the reason for this one - the chart from 4th July 1999 suffered from having missing sales data (from Virgin & Our Price stores), which resulted in an inaccurate chart being aired/published. In February 2015, the correct chart was published via the Official Charts website. BBC / Incorrect 1999 chart / Correct 1999 chart
