Coming November 13th
It took me ages to figure out what it said
Not the best album title ever but Believe was also a fairly cringy title I guess and that didn't hinder the album at all
I think its sort of his third album as their trying to pass "Journals" off as a compilation
Under the Mistletoe though
Niice!!
The font is f***ing awful.
Excellent album cover. Best one by a big popstar this year surely. Disappointing lack of peen though.
Incredible cover
Inspired by the artist Retna and so on point as an album cover.
LOVE.
The album has officially gone for pre-order in the US!
"Where Are Ü Now" and a new track called "Sorry" have been confirmed to be on it so far. There's another track that's supposed to be a bit over 3 minutes as well.
omg i must have this just for the cover.
good that 'Where Are U Now' is on it too.
Is the Ariana track out now?
No, what would be the point of it being pre-order only if you could get it separately now
Aren't all pre order songs like that? I swear it's getting a release next Friday?
No, because it's not pre-order only if it gets its own release It's an incentive to pre-order the album - it won't be available from 13th November as the album will not be on pre-order then.
It's been confirmed that Skrillex has produced another song for the album; 'The Feeling' (feat. Halsey)
looking forward to hearing that as 'Sorry' is great.

omg at Home To Mama making the Target edition! Grab that exposure Cody *.*
No Pressure also features Big Sean I think! So excited for all this new music
The song is good as an album track but the video is quite "empty" Of course Iceland is lovely but he could have done wih a bit more action in it.
I don't think this is intended as anything more than an instant grat anyway It's a nice song, not as good as the two singles though.
'I'll Show You' is stunning.
Absolutely perfect mix between his new tropical house sound and the R&B sound of the last album. I'm actually so excited for the album now (something I never thought I'd say).
Video goes well with the more subtle sound of the song. Not as exciting as the singles for me but it's still 'lovely' as an album track.
This is my most anticipated release of the year now, seriously can't wait for it.
'I'll Show You' is incredible, as is everything else we've heard from it so far
(+ Travi$ Scott collab?! Amazing.)
Addicted to 'I'll Show You' now.
By far my favourite from the songs we've heard so far and one of the songs of the year for me 😍
So damn good.
Completely with you. 'I'll Show You' has not only become my favourite of the era but it is by far and away my favourite thing he's ever done. So so perfect.
I've u-turned majorly and am finding this era rather beige. His voice seems too breezy for dance songs. Idk.
Justin's music has really caught my ear recently with his last few singles: Where Are Ü Now, What Do You Mean, Sorry so perhaps this is on the cards for listening to
Not too struck on that grat though but it's not terrible.
His bratty behaviour returns yet again. Wants Privacy but sits on a sunroof in Cannes
Nobody listened to it yet?? I need opinions.
It's a really good album. I had insanely high expectations going into it with what we have heard so far, and while the rest of the album doesn't quite follow the trend of those two (it does at times!) it's still very powerful and moving and real. 'Love Yourself, 'The Feeling' and title track 'Purpose' are my favourites on first listen but i can see myself returning to it a fair bit like with 'Believe'.
So glad he's back and on TOP FORM. He really needed it after all the drama that has filled his life in the past few years and this album does a superb job of silencing that and putting it to rest. He speaks about it all throughout and it must be such a relief for him to finally release it and have his say.
This is SUCH a good album. Not a single bad song, and definitely a massive improvement since 'Believe'.

The first half is so f***ing boring.
Children *.* Been You is pretty strong too. The production is fine as hell.
The f***ing spoken parts though. I usually don't mind them but these ones sound so f***ing pretentious.
Number 1 on iTunes
'Children' and 'I'll Show You' are the best along with 'Sorry' for me.
A bit disappointed with the Halsey collab.
I had someone tell me which are the dancier ones and singled them out. Children, Been You and Get Used To It Apparently?
'Been You' is properly excellent! Surely a single?
Been You isn't on the standard edition so I doubt it!
The standard album really is fantastic Not a single weak track. The deluxe tracks are good but a bit less good and a tad samey. The three Target tracks are better. My album highlights are Love Yourself, Company, Children and The Feeling, and I like I'll Show You much more in the context of the album actually.
Kinda wanted this to be more like WDYM and Sorry than it is but still a nice album, maybe a bit long but the songs are all very nice. Think my favourite so far is Love Yourself.
Halsey makes The Feeling sound like 15 year old Bieber is signing the chorus.

The standard edition is FLAWLESS. Not a single weak track in those 13 The deluxe tracks are a bit less good but still not bad at all. The Target bonus tracks are better than the regular deluxe tracks Such a good album though, he's well and truly brought it.
After a few listens I do think this is by far and away his best album, my only problem is that the ballads are pretty dreary and bring the overall thing down, I am especially not getting the love for 'Love Yourself' - it is so dull and sounds like Ed Sheeran could easily stick it on his album. The album is just too long and that allows fillers to sneak in to what could have been an absolutely incredible album.
I have made my own version of the album taking out the tracks that aren't doing it for me and in this form, it could challenge for one of the best pop albums of the year.

NOW that is an incredible album
'Love Yourself' is great. Does it sample something? The melody in the verses is so familiar! (I'm thinking maybe Whitney - My Love...)
Such a good album, despite a bit of a downbeat start (barring the 2 singles). But such a fantastic, reinvented sound for him. Not surprised that he's at quite possibly the peak of his career. Especially now with streaming and those who don't want to publically admit they like him, can stream the album and enjoy it!
LOVE YOURSELF OMGGGGG
This album is amaze. By FAR his best (although I only heard this and Believe). Been You is great too.
HIS BEST ALBUM EVER.
As much as I've stanned for his dancier tracks this year, 'Love Yourself' is by far my favourite track of his yet, gorgeous
Love Yourself surely the 3rd single?
I know it's already doing well with cherry picking, but this is another potential #1!
I'd say it has Grammy performance written over it.
Charts at #2 then, only 2593 sales off number 1, another day and he would have done it.
Still a great result and I imagine this to be a real big seller in the long run
Uploaded about a week ago, buuuuttttt....
Did anyone get tickets?
Tickets sold out fast, I could not get on any site they had all crashed. So annoying.
I managed to get two tickets on the Fahlo presale last Friday Block B1 at the O2, first time I've ever got floor seats there
I ended up with 4 sets of tickets in Manchester because I kept panic buying tickets thinking I wasn't going to get anywhere better but after I'd checked out, I got better seats.. 3 times! So now I have 8 tickets for the same night and 7 really grateful friends!
On Dutch radio 'Childen' was played yesterday and confirmed to be the new single.
God they're wasting no time with this campaign are they Love the song though. I expect it won't impact for a short while?
I have no idea how it works here tbh. It was in a game, '''make it or break it'', which usually plays new singles which people can vote for ('Children' was made with 92%) but I'm not sure it means the song will go into heavy rotation immediately.
JB was also the entire top 3 in the Dutch singles top 100 for 5 weeks straight (until this week). His popularity is crazy.
It still completely baffles me that 'Been You' is a bonus track, to me that sounds like a smash hit single!
TBH 'Love Yourself' has another month in it... especially if he does a Grammys performance... I think 'Children' should be saved for summer.
