for the next Taylor poll, I was thinking of originally doing least fave Taylor top 40 hits. But let's be honest those are the ones that always get attention and most of the time come top in her singles rate/polls! So even though I know this will get less discussion, I thought it'd be more fun to do a poll of her songs that peaked between #41-#100 in the UK and see which one comes out on top!
so basically it's Fearless vs The Hunger Games vs Soundtrack Singles vs Reputation vs Lover, let's go!! yeah we might as well finish this! Results: 07. Safe & Sound (#67) - 6 Votes [40.00%] 08. Eyes Open (#70) - 6 Votes [42.86%] 09. Only The Young (#57) - 4 Votes [33.33%] 10. White Horse (#60) - 6 Votes [42.86%] 11. Today Was A Fairytale (#57) - 6 Votes [33.33%] 12. Crazier (#100) - 4 Votes [36.36%] and next out is the second of two Hunger Games songs on this list, as Safe & Sound from 2012 blockbuster The Hunger Games drops out in 7th and just misses the top half. The song managed to peak at #67 in the UK after the film was released, it deserved better but at least it made the top 75! It surprisingly hung around in her top 20 biggest sellers for a long time, with it being the benefactor of being like the only Taylor song available on Spotify during the time she removed her catalogue. You. are. all. absolute. TRASH.  Safe & Sound is a masterpiece and deserved to win the whole thing ffs. such a hauntingly beautiful song <3
