Three weeks into the year sees our 3rd chart topper already as Little Mix see a big zoom to the top with More Than Words. Strip hangs on in the top ten too, while Wasabi also sees a meteoric rise, giving them a very successful week. More Than Words becomes the group's second ever chart topper following Power, while it and Wasabi's jump give them a total now of five top 10s from the LM5 era, of which the lowest to date is the only official single, Woman Like Me. They really brought their A game with this album and era. Dido is right behind at #2 while last week's leader drops all the way to #7. Jorja Smith equals her highest charter this week with a big zoom for The One (High Contrast Remix), while Krewella continue that strong unexpected chart comeback.

This week sees lots of new entries as we dig more into 2019, two straight into the top ten from the unlikely pairing of Kelsea Ballerini and James Arthur. Although actually...I can see them working well together if they were to collab, or even date! Other new entries come from Jakwob vocalist Jetta, with her first charter in 6 years, a belated one for AlmA, Gryffin, Grimes, Kehlani, Pabllo Vittar, Sam Smith, Drake and another nice rock-punk band rep from The Maine, among others. Those will all be linked in shortly for your listening pleasures! And as ever, are strewn through my spotify listen lists which are linked in this post too at the bottom.

Hi Jupiter!

Just commented on five charts in a row where Catfish and the Bottlemen - Longshot has been a debut, you've broken the streak cry.gif

Giving your #1 a listen now - is it their next single? Interesting to feature Kamille but then just have her looking like she's a member of the group in the video!

I was going to say 'Ooh has Kelsea released a new song?' before realising that it's from last year, giving a listen and it's sounding really nice though!

Great chart biggrin.gif
