With the transfer window set to open in a couple of week's time.
I thought that I might start as well start this thread.
Where do you think the biggest moves are going be?
A thread here to post any transfers or rumours and discussion on who will go where.
Expect the Chinese Super League to be involved in the transfer window.
Oscar is supposedly already a done deal to Shanghai for £60m and an insane amount of money per week in wages.
Apparently Carlos Tevez done a deal to Shanghai with a £615,000 per-week two-year deal.
That is over the majority of some English football clubs wage budget per week. That is a disgusting amount of money to pay a player per week.
Especially for Tevez. Traitorous cuntrag
That amount of money is atrocious.
The China thing is fast becoming ridiculous. The thing is it has a massive knock-on effect here as it effectively balances the books for a load of clubs. It's a bit of a gimmick though, can't understand why players like Oscar/Texeria are going there. Guess we'll see in a couple of years whether the government manages to help Chinese football..
I think there will be a fair bit of movement this winter transfer window, unlike the last couple of seasons! Can see Liverpool, Spurs, Man Utd all spending money.
I don't get it. The league isn't competitive at all and the environmental conditions in China are f***ing awful. It's driven purely by the wages they're offering. And that to me raises questions of the kind of player you're getting. Anyone who cares about being the best they can be and improving and developing will stay in Europe and the best leagues.
Not surprised it's one of the Chelsea players who stopped performing last year that's going. I'd have sacked him personally.
Didn't Drogba & Anelka go from Chelsea to Shanghai a few years ago?
They probably won't stay there for long anyway - they'll just get some quick cash and leave again most probably.
If China had all that money they could develop the national team.
In other news
West Brom have bid £13m for Schneiderlin.
Schneiderlin will be departing. Jose confirmed he'd asked to leave.
Everton are also interested.
OX-Chamberlain strongly linked with Liverpool!
Tevez has been officially announced.
Cristiano Ronaldo was offered a £250m move to China- He rejected it.
Pay was €100m a year!!!
Middlesbrough sign Rudy Gestede from Aston Villa.
Julian Draxter moves to PSG for about £40m.
Draxler is a good signing for them imo, great to see him advancing.
Arsenal have signed Cohen Bramall from..... Hednesford Town for £40,000.
Lookman to Everton from Charlton for £10m.
Wilfred Ndidi to Leicester City from Genk for £15m
Rumours of Fernando Llorente moving to Chelsea really?
Manchester United have agreed to sell Morgan Schneiderlin to Everton for £22m. It's quite a shame but he's hardly played for Man United this season so it's not a huge surprise.
Payet puts in transfer request at West Ham...
I heard about that, can't see where he'll go probably to China.
Sad to lose Schneiderlin. I really liked him, shame it didn't work out.
Hardcore LOLing over Payet. What a little twat he is. Totally behind Bilic on the way he's handled it. Payet is damaged goods now, can't see an English club touching him. For some reason we're second favourites to buy him but I can't see why. He wouldn't fit into our team, nor is he good enough to.
Hull City sign Niasse on loan until the end of the season from Everton and they also signed Evandro for a unknown fee.
Payet knows he's good enough to at least be a squad option in any team in the league, but I doubt anyone will go much over the £19 million that Marseille have supposedly offered to buy him back. He wants Champions League football rather than just money so I can't see him wanting to go to China. Painted himself into a corner now though, could have got his head down for the rest of the season and engineered a move in the summer.
Manchester United have agreed a deal with Lyon to sell Memphis Depay for worth between 16-21 million pounds. It's not a surprise as he hardly plays in the first team but I wish him well.
United have both sell on and buy back clauses in the sale agreement apparently. Clearly insuring against him rediscovering his form
Hull have for some reason sold Jake Livermore to West Brom for around £10 million.
£££
They're going down for sure now. Livermore was one of their two really very good players. Guessing if right bid came in Snodgrass would be off too
Fonte to West Ham for £8m.
Smart by Southampton. He was coming to end of contract so some cash is better than leaving on a free
Lescott to Sunderland on a short-term contact.
Markovic to Hull on loan until the end of the season via Sporting Lisbon (Still at Liverpool)
Burnley have £10m bid for Snodgrass accepted.
Is there anyone you want in the last few days of the transfer window?
Crystal Palace look favourites to sign Robbie Brady from Norwich - fee of around 9m rising to 12. Palace already got a left back so hopefully he will play in the middle!!
Goss to QPR for an initial £0.5m
Not bad for someone who's never made our first team. £0.3m in add ons and a buy back clause included
Van Aanholt from Sunderland to Crystal Palace potentially for £14m.
Snodgrass to West Ham for £10.2 million from Hull City. Why?
I meant Hull City's vision in selling their star players obviously money.
Marseille have signed Payet for £25m from West Ham.
Bristol City have signed Matty Taylor from Bristol Rovers for £300k.
The last time City signed a Rovers player was in 1987.
Snodgrass wanted out anyway so we couldn't do anything about it.
