Hello and welcome to a new series in the Nicki Minaj forum! Nicki is known for her numerous collabs and that means that she has multiple collaborations with particular artists so here is your chance to rank them.

First edition is David Guetta so how would you rank the Guetta & Minaj collaborations we have had the pleasure of hearing?

This is super tough because her collaborations with David always seem to be bangers. Turn Me On is probably the one I love the most but Hey Mama would be super close behind. I'm not as huge on Where Them Girls At but that's probably because there's not enough Nicki on it heehee.gif

Turn Me On is my favourite. Really liked it at the time. Very over-the-top both in terms of production and vocal but then so was a lot of early 10s dance music. The whole buildup is brill I think.

Can’t stand the first two, two of my least favourite songs Nicki’s put her name to.
'Light My Body Up' is pretty dire too. Still love 'Where Them Girls At' though (even if it’s far from either of their best...) and have so many fun memories associated with it, so definitely that.

Where Them Girls At >>>

it's just 3 minutes of pure fun and despite Nicki not being the main artist she still delivers a really good verse! Turn Me On and Hey Mama are both good songs but they plod on a bit longer and I don't think Nicki's at her best when she's doing both verses and the chorus on David Guetta tracks - Light My Body Up is just a bit of a hot mess imo so doesn't come close!

Oops voted for Light My Body Up forgetting about Hey Mama. Those two head and shoulders above the other two for me though, TMO and WTGA sound very of their time now.

Yes same here, I did enjoy them both at the time, although I preferred Turn Me On.

Even this sort of commercial electro/progressive house I think was much better than today's chart dance. Although I was more into dubstep and drum and bass back then in terms of chart dance.

'Turn Me On', it's a tune. 'Hey Mama' I quite like in a guilty pleasure way, even though objectively it is total shit.

Can't stand 'Where Them Girls At', and the other one is pretty poor.

Turn Me On definitely, total banger <3 I love Hey Mama too though.

I don't hate either of the other two but I don't really go back to them. Light My Body up is like a poundland Beez In The Trap and Where Them Girls At doesn't have enough Nicki although her verse is fab (as always).

'Where Them Girls At' for sure. The Nicki verse is one of my favourites from her and I can proudly nail it. biggrin.gif It's absolutely crazy but such a banger.

'Turn Me On' is also fantastic. 'Hey Mama' is good but not enough for me not to tire of it when it got overplayed and that still affects the song today. 'Light My Body Up' isn't one I ever got into really, although it is kinda nice. I agree with Liam that it has a 'Beez in the Trap' vibe about it.
