It reminds me of Reputation's New Year's Day. It's not my favorite sound of Taylor, but I'm glad she's offering different stuff.

I really hope this gets full single treatment.
It has the potential to be one of those real long running like smashes. Obviously due to the way it’s been released thus far I don’t see it going to #1 or even top 5 but I do think it could be a real long runner with a chart run like Adele’s Set Fire To The Rain or Freya’s Lost Without You. It’s a perfect album seller too. |

Predicted to debut at number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100. Not bad, all things considered. This had potential to get top 10 if she hadn't waited until the end of the tracking week to release the music video.

Available for US Triple A airplay now (source). It seems that Republic is testing the track in other radio formats aside Pop and Hot AC, which are her current US core formats.
