The Graham Norton Show returns with Lady Gaga, Ryan Gosling and new Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker
The first episode of The Graham Norton Show's new series (its 24th, if you're counting) is set to welcome another eclectic selection of guests to the starriest couch on TV. Recently confirmed for a Friday, September 28 return, the chat show host will be joined by A Star Is Born duo Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, new Doctor Who lead Jodie Whittaker AND Ryan Gosling. Legendary singer Sir Rod Stewart is also lined up for the first episode, set to perform his new single 'Didn't I'. Cooper and Gaga are currently receiving high praise for their cinematic collaboration, A Star Is Born, which the former also directed. In Digital Spy's four-star review of the movie, we said: "Handling both the frenetic performances on stage and the more intense moments of intimacy with equal assurance, Cooper admirably ensures that the drama of the piece takes precedence over the music, avoiding the usual pitfalls encountered by projects of this nature." |

I'm going to the recording tomorrow! I wish that Gaga and Bradley were performing a track from the movie instead of Rod Stewart but I'm just so excited to finally be in a room with her after she cancelled my Joanne date twice.

Thanks SKOB!
I'm so pleased with her appearance tonight, she came off very natural (apart from an odd moment with Rod Stewart towards the end) and was very appreciative of the support from her fans in the audience. She bounced off Bradley amazingly obviously and her chemistry with Jodie and Ryan was great too! I won't spoil but there was a very interesting musical moment and in regards to new Lady Gaga music all she said was that she was constantly recording new music... |

She was so cute on this - her passion for Bradley and the film was undeniable. Also loved the return of the teacup.
