That one used Sarah McLachlan's Angel over its montage. A proper video would have been better for the campaign overall, but maybe they just wanted to make a PSA.

In that case, I would agree a PSA was the best thing for a video. More people are likely to share a PSA on social media than they would a music video featuring clips of the treatment the dogs get.

A lot of the petitions and awareness campaigns began at least a month or so beforehand. I imagine it will do a little better next year as it will probably be used a lot by the Vanderpump Dog Foundation from the beginning of their campaigns. Still won't really do anything chart wise but that was never the point of this song.
