I'm not hearing what makes Be Alright so great at all, it's got nothing on Dangerous Woman for me and I actually prefer Focus... It's... well, alright.

'Be Alright' is seriously not good.

What makes 'Be Alright' so wonderful isn't the fact it hits you round the face with its greatness. It is just so effortless melodic in a way that it doesn't really need to shout about it. It just has that gorgeously care-free feel to it, exactly the kind of vibe early-Mariah had in 'Dreamlover' etc. That's why it was an instant love for me.

'Be Alright' musically is divine, but the song itself is a load of old nothing. No direction and a hook in the chorus that consists of simply "baby be alright" and some groaning.
