Interestingly (for me at least) no track has sold more than 100k so far this year.

Previously we had to wait until Wk 49 in 1992 for a song to do it and Week 44 in 2008, we're now in Wk 41 of 2018- I wonder if anything can do it in the next 12 weeks?

they'll need them! The last of their singles to open with over 100k was back in 2001. Might grab a week in the top 10 if they time it right with an X Factor performance
