I have a question regarding International sales and how they count to the charts.
I read on another chart forum that only sales from a national store with a delivery to the same country count towards the charts. All sales to another country are lost for the charts (of both countries). For example, if I’m in France and I buy a CD from Amazon UK, the sale doesn’t count for the UK or French charts.

If that’s true I am a bit gutted as it means my whole Girls Aloud collection didn’t ever help their chart position!

Is there anywhere on the OCC where this is clearly stated?
