A re-release was strongly rumoured but Mollie & Una denied it in an interview. Though this was before Comic Relief though as i think that if they want to release Work afterwords re-realesing it would a lot of sense.
I cant find anything about a European release though but perhaps someone else knows something about that.

I asked Perez Hilton on Twitter if he thought thinks there is a market in US for a group like The Saturdays or Girls Aloud -
