I don't really think S2 was any better at resolving the plot points, it seemed to spend about 10 episodes building up and then closed 90% of the stories off in episodes 11/12, which made for a largely unsatisfying finale. S3, at least to me, felt more like we had just dropped in on the batshit crazy lives of these people for 13 weeks, yet I also feel like I had more of an idea of where they were going and what they would do after we left the show too.

for me, the best season of AHS was 'Murder House', it was mysterious, thrilling and the plot was just brilliant. loved everything about it. 'Asylum' was scary and dark, some scenes made me feel uncomfortable, on the other hand that's what a good horror story should be about imo. for me, the problem with 'Coven' was the amount of subplots.
don't get me wrong, I LOVE all three seasons <33 can't wait to see 'Freak Show'! |

I'm hoping Freakshow is a hybrid of Asylum and Coven with occasional funny moments and witty scenes but at the same time incredibly creepy. I want to be scared and the element of fear was lost with season 3 but I do still want gifable moments.
 I hope Sarah Paulson and Jessica Lange remain the two dominant actress'. By far my favourites. Although I could watch Angela Bassett play Marie Laveu for the next 10 years. Also Evan needs to have more of a main role, I felt Kyle was such a lazy role and that isn't his fault.

Naomi Grossman is back as Pepper
 As the events of Freakshow are in the 50s, it'll be somewhat of a backstory for Pepper, which is great as I LOVED her in Asylum.

Apparently 'Freak Show' is Jessica Lange's last season on the show. Devastated.
Just finished 'Asylum' and I honestly have never felt so sorry for, attached to and behind a character like I have Jude. Flawless actress.
