If Leicester won the league, it'd be an ever bigger shock than when Greece won EURO 2004. Really willing them to do it.

I've just seen that Leicester's final fixture is away to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Imagine if the title race went down to the last match and Leicester were top of the table needing a point to win the title.

It would mean that the Premier League trophy would be lifted at Chelsea's stadium for the second season in a row, but not by the team that most people including me thought at the beginning of the season laugh.gif

It would be even better if they had already won it. Seeing the Chelsea players giving Leicester the guard of honour would be priceless laugh.gif

OTOH, if they had to delay awarding the trophy until after the match, that would interfere with John Terry's farewell. Wouldn't that be a shame? tongue.gif

If they maintain their form and don't slip up then they have a good shot indeed in winning the league.

Kudos to those four who tipped Leicester for the title... seem to be increasingly right!

Can't see them dropping a seven point lead now.

They've got a fantastic chance now of winning the league, I'm really hoping they go on and do it.

They will win the league, Tottenham wont catch them now! Also it will be before the last match of the season when they do it, it could even be against us at Old Trafford on the 1st May when they seal it.

It's at the point where only a full-on collapse will see them lose it. They need to win four of their last seven games, so even losing two of West Ham, United and Chelsea may not stop them. Incredible.

Chelsea have nothing to play for, do they? They're more likely to slip up against Sunderland, perennial relegation escapees at the last gasp and there again, this weekend.

It's definitely possible, I just picked out Chelsea because they're still unbeaten in the league since Hiddink took over and might fancy a spot of revenge.

It is remarkable what they've done and what they have achieved, it was really that Nov-Jan period where they won the title. They're not playing particularly well at the moment like they did when Vardy was on his scoring run, but they're grinding out wins. I mean everything has gone right for them this season, (watched a couple of their games recently, when lady luck is on your side, you always win!). Rather Leicester than Spurs.

Like /mdh/32/ said. My heart says 1st place.

I think their form will probably dip similar to Aston Villa in 1998/99 season and finish 6th.

I'm so glad that I was proved wrong there.
