I may not have time for a weekly chart, but that won't stop me!

I'm going to base it mostly on what I've streamed the most and just my own preference tongue.gif

Expect the likes of The 1975, Bring Me the Horizon, Arctic Monkeys, Imagine Dragons, Muse and more here. There will also be a few classic songs that I've been playing this year biggrin.gif

Really looking forward to this!! Hoping BMTH finish very high and hopefully there will be a surprise or two in here (like The 1975 not being number one) as well! biggrin.gif

Here we go!

100. Easy Life - Nightmares

We begin the list with Leicester band Easy Life! They blend together indie, jazz and hip-hop in their very unique sound. A bit like a slower Beastie Boys. I discovered this track when they performed on Jools Holland, and I was blown away. It's very chill and perfect for easy listening. Another one of their tracks that I've been listening to more recently is 'Pockets', which is another smash. Their producer is Fraser T. Smith, who produces for Stormzy.

99. Justin Timberlake ft. Chris Stapleton - Say Something

Like many people, JT's new album 'Man of the Woods' was very hit or miss with me. Though, some of the tracks on it I loved. Namely, 'Filthy', the title track 'Man of the Woods' and this entry, 'Say Something', featuring American country singer Chris Stapleton. I'm actually quite a big fan of country (there's another country entry later on), particularly Chris Stapleton's voice on this track. It's incredibly catchy and I never thought I'd see Mr Stapleton with a top 10 hit in the UK! I'd be happy to hear more country from JT in the future.

I think I heard Nightmares on an advert before a video and I did check it out, very reminiscent of the 00s for me! Say Something is probably my favourite from his new era as well!

That Nightmares song sounds very good. Reminds me of Jamie T.
Really like Say Something, it has that traditional country feel.

98. Sea Girls - All I Want to Hear You Say

Next up are London four-piece Sea Girls who are quickly growing and are on the BBC Sound of 2019 list. Their latest EP is fantastic, with this being the standout track. Expect them to be higher on this list next year. They begin their UK tour in February at the Oxford O2 Academy and I'm hoping to see them in March!

97. Don Broco - Come Out to LA

'Come Out to LA' was the fifth and final single released from Don Broco's third album 'Technology' and is one of my favourites from them overall. It starts of very poppy, but then goes much heavier and has an incredibly catchy chorus. It's been amazing seeing Don Broco's rise over the last couple of years, 'Technology' has been their most successful album yet and are even playing arenas at Wembley, Cardiff and Nottingham on their upcoming tour with Neck Deep. I can't wait to see what they release next, and this isn't their only appearance on my chart. wink.gif

96. Busted - Nineties

'Nineties' is the lead single from Busted's upcoming fourth album 'Half Way There' (great reference to 'Year 3000' wink.gif ) and marks a return to their pop-punk sound after the synth-heavy album 'Night Driver' in 2016, which I do love, but didn't always feel like Busted. This track is a fantastic return for Busted, with a fantastic video and this along with the other released song 'Reunion' have got me very hyped for this new album, which I have already pre-ordered. smile.gif

Haven't heard it but lol that the 7th album may well actually eventually be a thing(!) (it better be higher than Michael Jackson in the chart for the lolz too)

All I Want To Hear You Say is a good one and Nineties is decent. And since you mentioned Night Driver, I have listened to On What You're On and the bassline in this song reminds me of Can't Feel My Face by The Weeknd.
I didn't really like Come Out To LA, mainly because I wasn't fond of the pop rock chorus suddenly transitioning to really heavy rock. Although there's some other Broco songs I heard that I like, such as Let's Go Back To School.

95. Waterparks - Not Warriors

Next up is the third single from pop-punk band Waterparks' second album 'Entertainment'. Waterparks are proving to be one of the best new pop-punk bands and are quickly rising in the rock scene. Their combination of synthpop and rock make them very unique and I'm looking forward to seeing them at Slam Dunk Festival in May.

94. The 1975 - I Like America & America Likes Me

The first of 'a few' tracks from The 1975's latest album 'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships', which could easily take the whole top 10 for me if it was released earlier in the year. tongue.gif
This track is unlike anything the band have ever released before, with a trap beat and Matt's vocals autotuned off the face of the earth (but they sound fantastic!). The song talks about gun usage in America, and the emotion in his vocals for 'would you please listen!' sound incredible. Expect it to be higher next year. biggrin.gif

Both of these are pretty solid.
I have heard the mention of Waterparks quite a lot of times on ARTV's videos. I might want to check them out someday.

Haha, good to see another ARTV fan here! (he's a bit annoying sometimes, but most of his videos are quite good wink.gif )

Ooh I've been really into that Sea Girls one over the past few months! It reminds me a bit of that Benny Blanco and Calvin Harris collab... just with a bit more of a shoutier chorus. Currently clinging on to my Personal Top 40!
