The most iconic series? Being streamed daily from May 7th! Who's going to be rewatching/watching for the first time? |

omg the absolute BEST series. I rewatched it a few years (the only one I’ve rewatched) although a few episodes had been blocked on YouTube. So many characters and iconic moments! Perfection.

This was indeed an iconic series. BB6-BB8 were when it was at its peak imo.

I was probably too young when this came out but watch I did anyway.
The best bits with none other than Chasing Cars, that was some real mid noughties zeitgeist x This post has been edited by Harve: 24th April 2020, 02:33 PM |

I am here for this! Impressed that they've seemingly got round all the copyright to be able to stream it! (I guess it's maybe only going to be up for a fixed time period?)

This was a really good series of Big Brother. The Channel 4 years were the best for Big Brother, can't think of any spectacular civilian series after it moved to Channel 5.

I'm really looking forward to this! This series for me was reality TV at it peak, so it'll be a great blast from the past.
(I think it was you who said this on Skype Bal?) - it'll be interesting to see whether some of us react to certain housemates/moments in a different way now than we did at the time. I was 18 when it aired and I'm 32 now... perhaps now that I'm not a young adult, maybe I'll empathise with particular housemates more so than I did at the time, or turned off by housemates I really liked back then? We'll see! I remember some of the big iconic moments, but it'll be fun to see stuff that I've no doubt forgotten about. The series the year before this one was a huge favourite of mine too. |

I watched this again few years ago from start to finish - some questionable moments that would probably see some HMs getting removed these days (well if it was still on air )...
Grace called Aisleyne a 'Wigga' Pete and Glyn blacking up their faces Imogen also made some fairly homophobic comments to Richard in the first week Spiral exiting the shower and rubbing his crotch on Aisleyne Also Nikki's comments about Sam being a 'man beast' and her general behaviour towards them were quite Transphobic too Iconic series though; BB5, BB6 and BB7 were definately the peak of BBUK This post has been edited by ElectroBoy: 25th April 2020, 11:40 AM |

This is going to be a great piece of nostalgia. It was the first full series I watched of BB and it was such an event! Nikki was by far my favourite so it will be great to watch her be the star of the show again.
I watched Big Brother 6 on YouTube around seven years ago and actually found it just as great as BB7. I would love for that to be streamed in full again! Makosi generally being an icon and the mess that was Craig made the series very memorable. So where is this series going to be streaming? I'm confused by this part. |

I love C4 BBUK.
5-7 are amazing even 8 is in places. It’s 2 and 3 I wanna see from the start. 7 is hilarious though. Know yourself If this aired like ten years later than it did I can only imagine the complaints I always remember Nikki calling Aisleyne a black girl wannabe a definite removal if that happened in later series. But there’s something so nostalgic about BBUK in those days. It was like the Love Island of the mid 00s. I mean I was in primary school year6 when s7 aired and I can remember break times etc we’d all talk about the show. |

I’m really tempted to watch the early episodes all over again tbh as I don’t remember the Shahbaz saga all that well.
I was like 9 when this actually aired yet I fully remember watching it on the sly every night Also love how Grace and Mikey are still together! |

Shabaz being let onto the show and Sezer's attitude towards women seem like the two biggest things that would really not fly in 2020
Can totally see how this was Big Brother at it's peak as this is gripping television! |
