09. Drake ft. Lil Wayne - The Motto

We get into the real meat of Drake's discography as one of his most well-known songs crashes out. The album's fourth single and featuring long-term partner Lil Wayne, it's vintage Drake through and through. Iconic lyrics (did it really, properly introduce & popularise YOLO to the world?) and fluid verses and raps from the duo. It went on to be a big hit, especially in the US, where it went on to sell millions and rank in the top 20 hits of the year. It remains one of his most substantial hits which goes on to prove how tough the competition now is here.
