So Fine With the most votes so far, Ever Blazin' finally succumbs to the inevitable. The oft-forgotten follow-up to We Be Burnin', this charted just outside the top 10 around a decade ago. Its a nice song, but I confess having not heard it for a while. The next song to depart is a CLASSIC! Like Glue was released in 2003, when Sean Paul's popularity was at it's peak following the successes of Get Busy and Breathe. That would explain the high peak of #3. A song that gets recurrent plays to this day and is trademark, feel-good dancehall music from Sean Paul. Probably best not to pay close attention to the lyrics (if you even understand them) and let the infectious beat and Jamaican drawl take you to a sunnier place. Votes closes on midnight Wednesday 20th January. Genuinely no idea what's next to go! |
