Very sad news, but it is probably the best for her

To be honest I am really surprised by this news, I really thought Jesy would’ve returned after a few months. On the outside it seemed to me she had being doing well since her documentary came out but it shows that you never reallt know what going on with people, especially celebrities
I hope she finds happiness and success in whichever path she chooses when she’s better

This is so sad genuinely quite upset she has left. sad.gif They had a great run as a 4 piece and achieved way more than I believed they would when they first started out, it's so sad it hasn't really been everything Jesy wanted out of it over the years, I hope she finds the happiness and fulfilment she is looking for.

Massive lump in my throat with this news but I'm so very proud of Jesy taking care of herself.
This really must have been an impossible decision.

I'm very sad but very appreciative of Little Mix

Absolutely heartbroken. She was my favourite member of Little Mix. sad.gif

Fair play to her for putting herself first, I hope she manages to get better. heart.gif

Does anyone have any doubts that Jade, Leigh Anne and Perrie won’t be able to make it as a trio?

After watching some of their recent performances I am optimistic they can carry on for another couple of years

I think they can and will.
Jesy will be massively missed but they are professionals and will keep the Little Mix name alive

In a way, not surprised.

In retrospect, the album title...Confetti...

When do you throw confetti? At the end. It sounded like the end of an era for them and they knew it going in.

Calling it now - Sweet Melody/medley at the Brits and a dedication to Jesy followed by the Confetti tour celebrating their ten year anniversary than solo projects.

Absolutely gutted but probably the best for her,

Hopefully the girls can continue as a 3 piece for a long time though

I wouldn’t be sure on that as the announcement does seem to suggest that the girls are committed to the group, with Jesy even wishing them luck with new music etc.

Hope they continue for a while as a 3 piece, their latest run of singles has been their best for a long while.

Such a shame but completely understandable decision. I really hope this further shines a light on the idiots who insult people from behind a computer screen, or judge someone for being an average sized girl in amongst a group of petite girls

Can't really say it's surprising but it is a shame that it has come to this. D: Hope she gets some well deserved time out of the spotlight.

Yep I agree, next year will be a Greatest Hits 10 year celebration then they go their separate ways for solo projects. I reckon that's why they took so long to announce Jesy leaving, I bet they said to her we will get through this campaign then finish on a Greatest Hits after 10 years take time to decide whether you want to stick it out for 1 more year, and her mental health was too bad.

Although Jesy leaving might boost them to do another album as a three piece like One Direction did to prove a point.

I'm proud of Jesy for doing what she needed to do.

I'm surprised they are continuing though as it does feel like the group has reached its natural end at this point anyway. Six studio albums is a good run.
