Skulls Monument (The Inevitable End Version) Sordid Affair (feat. Man Without Country) You Know I Have To Go Save Me I Had This Thing Rong Here She Comes Again Running To The Sea Compulsion Coup De Grace Thank You Do It Again (RYXP Version) Goodnite Mr. Sweetheart Caramel Afternoon Oh No Something In My Heart Out first half of November~ Skulls and Sordid Affair are out there. Skulls is utterly fabulous and Sordid Affair is really good too. So we already heard 5 songs! --- http://www.pagesdigital.com/royksopp-annou...inevitable-end/ “We feel like this is a goodbye to the traditional album format… In our consecutive run of albums, we have been able to say what we want to say and do what we want to do with the LP. We’re not going to stop making music, but the album format as such, this is the last thing from us.” collectively breathing a sigh of relief that they won't be splitting~~ |

They've been ON FORM for the past 18 months, both "Running To The Sea" and "Do It Again" were multi-week #1s for me. Dead excited for this!

Monument is FABULOUS in this version, the single version that I'd hoped for.
Ridiculously excited for the whole thing. Especially if the following credits are correct: Skulls Monument (The Inevitable End Version) [feat. Robyn] Sordid Affair (feat. Man Without Country) You Know I Have To Go (feat. Jamie Irrepressible) Save Me (feat. Susanne Sundfør) I Had This Thing (feat. Jamie Irrepressible) Rong (feat. Robyn) Here She Comes Again (feat. Jamie Irrepressible) Running to the Sea (feat. Susanne Sundfør) Compulsion (feat. Jamie Irrepressible) Coup de Grace Thank You |

Video for the new mix of Monument featuring footage from their recent tour. Making me sad I didn't go to see it. |

good to see an edit version of Monument. The original version at 10 minutes was far too long. (some songs can get away with being that long [Born Slippy and Ayla are 2 of them] but this doesn't)
Liking the new elements of this mix too |

That's just the video for the 10 minute version with an added verdant quality isn't it?
edit: You were TOO LATE! (still, we can all agree it is a wonderful new version) This post has been edited by مدهش*: Oct 4 2014, 06:44 PM |

Plus there's something so Madonna about the track I think, I don't know why but it makes me think of Live To Tell if it had been part of the Confessions album.

I was using that version last Sunday when I compiled my chart - no official edit video was around at that time, and I just assumed they'd made a lazy video. Nice to see an official one produced. |

Oh I love the original version so much more than that. It's just so beautiful. If that were by anyone else I'd just call it a poor remix and never listen to it again...

Oh I still love the original too but it's like having two completely different songs now and I really love both for different reasons.

"Remind Me" is the song that REALLY got me in to Röyksopp. Such a brilliant concept for a music video and a fantastic mix of the track to boot. Up until then I wasn't really sold on them.
