Did anyone watch the Canadian spin-off of UK sci-fi series Primeval a couple of years ago? I believe it aired in the UK as well.

I got the box-set for Christmas, for some reason I'd never considered watching it despite loving the UK version. I started watching it a couple of weeks ago, and ended up watching 8 or 9 episodes in the last couple of days as the second half of the series was so so strong and addictive. Extremely good series overall, and episode 8 onwards was incredible as the storylines began to run from episode to episode rather than one-off stories as they were for the most part in the first half of the series. The last episode tied things up nicely, especially with the involvement of Connor from the UK series, but it also left things on a massive cliffhanger. Unfortunately Space didn't commission a second series, I hope one day some channel picks it up again - would love to see how the cliffhanger plays out.

I finished watching this last year, I really enjoyed it but then I was a huuuge fan of Primeval anyway (one of my favourite shows without a doubt). Such a shame it got cancelled sad.gif That was always Primeval's biggest problem - ending each series on a cliffhanger when its future was uncertain laugh.gif
