#41 in the mids, that's a great start! think this could end up going top 10 (though it needs to start making a move on Spotify).

This is really good! Sounds very early 2000’s trance to my ears but not as heavy. More 'early 10s progressive house but not as heavy' I think, although the synths in the buildup sound quite trance-y. Weird this sudden progressive house revival with this and 'All Day and Night'. Encouraging to see though. The big dance producers are finally, and at long last in my opinion, starting to experiment more with other dance genres now that tropical house and future bass and other forms of watered down dance have become tired and out of fashion. We have Martin Garrix with his French-house inspired recent hit (although if this mini progressive house revival continues I can see him joining in), David Guetta back to making proper dance for a commercial single and Sigala and Europa (Jax Jones and Martin Solveig) both going down a progressive house/upbeat dance banger route. Anyway, this is great, hopefully it can become a hit. This post has been edited by TheSnake: 28th May 2019, 07:06 PM |

Up to 6 on I-tunes.
Hopefully streaming picks up... but given it hasn't even been released a week its doing extremely well. Should get into the top 40 come Friday if it keeps on rising. |

I was wondering how long it would take a major artist to take advantage of the trance resurgence that has clearly been happening in the background over the past few years. The various MOS trance compilations that exist are huge trickle sellers.
Bravo Sigala, this is a great track. Hopefully it will do well and will open the floodgates for more trance or at least songs inspired by trance to come through to the mainstream. |

Hopefully it will do well and will open the floodgates for more trance or at least songs inspired by trance to come through to the mainstream. Camelphat's Breathe at the very start of this year was definitively quite trance sounding/ trance influenced in my opinion though (albeit influenced by the deeper style of trance rather than the euphoric style). This is such a huge grower, it's properly properly hitting me now and one of his best. Sigala is really one of the most reliable producers around for me at the moment, he does quite similar stuff but not so similar that his songs feel like identical re-runs unlike quite a bit of Jonas Blue's stuff.
