It's that time of year again...the annual St. Burbia desi bop is here! And for the first time, there's no English part to the song  #ExtraDesi #ExtraCheeky This is actually Akasa's debut single, having previously only worked on movie soundtracks and it's a proper banger for a debut!! Apparently this is my 30th(!) entry, which I realised just now while loading it on to my YouTube playlist (which you can find in the OP x). If you're looking for a pop hoe af song with a killer video despite the low budget then this is the song for you!! ;o I just cannot unhear "Ring My Bell" since reading it on the YouTube comments but that's not a bad thing since that's a banger too x |

I'm already at peace with the DNQing...I literally have 0 expectations for this and will be very surprised to see this through to the final but I just had to send it. It's been such a fave of mine for the last month or so. An urban bop *.* Kamille's real name is Camille Purcell, who you make recognise as being a co-writer of huge hits including "Solo" by Clean Bandit (of which she is also an uncredited vocalist) and practically the entire back catalogue of Little Mix... |

We started the year in 1964 and now we're ending the year even further back in the year 1959! Yes, fight me. I'm formally claiming the record for oldest recording sent to the contest for a second time and this time don't you dare snatch it from me Bray x This is a truly magical song which I was fortunate to discover with thanks to AHS and that's all I say about that as spoilers ;o And ever since then it's been very high in my affections. Not quite Irma iconic but it's another timeless classic
