The song is good and I cannot wait for the album. Their songwriting abilities together is going to be magic.

On first couple of listens I liked it but was a lil disappointed, now I'm absolutely obsessed ❤️😍 Her voice is so magical, the lyrics are beautiful and I love the production *.* This isn't as much of a moment as I thought it was gonna be from the snippet (my fave part of the song) and it has nothing on Love but this is still fantastic 💗

I'm so ready for the album <3

On first listen I actually really like this, which isn't something I could say for any of her post-'Video Games' leads. I think it's because there's more reliance on melody rather than mood to sell the song and there was something about the lyrics that intrigued me. Looking forward to what the rest of the era has to offer.

THIS

Almost all her songs AND ENTIRE ALBUMS have been utter TUNELESS DIRGES. This has a melody and she might FINALLY be going back to um actual music.

LOVE it! It's not as instant as "Love" was for me, but it sounds like a great flavour of what's to come <3

My thoughts exactly. Lyrics especially are stunning.

Are the lyrics a bit like Big Hoops.in that it references a bunch of songs?

I hear two, with lines from Elton John and Four Five Seconds, but I assume there are more?

This is a very strong lead for me, it sounds magical. I love the "You're lost at sea and I'll command your boat to me again" lyric.

For me, lead singles:

Ride
West Coast
Mariners Apartment Complex
Video Games
Love
--
High By The Beach

Absolutely love the top 5. I do like HBTB but it is less of a moment, but I do really like the 'Honeymoon' album.

Lead singles rank:

01. Ride (her best song)
02. West Coast
03. Video Games
04. Mariners Apartment Complex
05. High By The Beach
06. Love

None of those are less than an 8/10. Queen.

i'm already used to the fact her lead singles are almost always not the best songs from the perspective albums by far so i'm still rather excited about the album and what's to come

I checked and yes!!

We have found 3:

Leonard Cohen
Rihanna
Elton John

This is like finding the Big Hoops rnb references all over again!

I don't even think this is the lead single. This is most likely the Honeymoon of the album and the High By The Beach is coming. She said in the Radio 1 interview that she kind of just put this out for her and didn't really expect anyone to play it
