Always wanted to do this, however over the years never really had the time… this year though I’m making time Over the past year 260 songs have charted on the Electro Top 40 with 25 different numbers one throughout the year: Jax Jones ft Ina Wroldsen // Breathe (1 Week) Bruno Mars ft Cardi B // Finesse [Remix] (1 Week) Troye Sivan // My My My! (4 Weeks) Mabel ft Not3s // Fine Line (3 Weeks) Kendrick Lamar ft SZA // All the Stars (1 Week) Camila Cabello // She Loves Control (3 Weeks) George Ezra ft First Aid Kit // Saviour (1 Week) Virtual Self // Ghost Voices (3 Weeks) Blair St. Clair // Now or Never (3 Weeks) Shawn Mendes ft Khalid // Youth (2 Weeks) 5 Seconds of Summer // Youngblood (3 Weeks) Bebe Rexha // I’m a Mess (1 Week) Years & Years // All for You (2 Weeks) Years & Years // Howl (2 Weeks) Sigala & The Vamps // We Don’t Care (1 Week) The Vamps // Just My Type (1 Week) The Chainsmokers ft Emily Warren // Side Effects (2 Weeks) Troye Sivan ft Ariana Grande // Dance to This (1 Week) Alesso ft Conor Maynard // Remedy (1 Week) Troye Sivan // Lucky Strike (3 Weeks) Rita Ora // Let You Love Me (1 Week) Sigala, HRVY & Nina Nesbitt // Somebody (2 Weeks) MK, Jonas Blue & Becky Hill // Back and Forth (2 Weeks) Charli XCX x Troye Sivan // 1999 (4 Weeks) Jax Jones x Years & Years // Play (4 Weeks) In terms of weeks at the top Troye Sivan managed a massive 12 weeks at the top with Years and Years clocking up 8 weeks too. Jax Jones managed 5 weeks; being the first number 1 of year and finishing back at the top as the last number 1 alongside Years and Years I’m going to countdown the top 125 songs that made it on the chart; including their chart run, peaks etc. This is based on a points format eg 40pts for Number 1, 39pts for Number 2 etc etc to 40 getting a point. I guess this means that songs still charting are hindered slightly, however that is the case with end of years charts anyway normally with sales etc. |

125 = Post Malone // Better Now = 123pts
Chart Run (26-27-22-22-26-30-37-28-28) Peak = 22 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 124 = Kaela Settle & The Greatest Show Man // This Is Me = 127pts Chart Run (11-13-17-14-27-37) Peak = 11 Weeks on Chart = 6 Weeks 123 = Charli XCX ft Tove Lo & ALMA // Out of My Head = 128pts Chart Run (04-09-16-24-28-37) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 6 Weeks 122 = Cheat Codes x Kim Petras // Fear of Falling = 130pts Chart Run (06-08-08-12-X) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 4 Weeks (still charting) 121 = Mark Ronson ft Miley Cyrus // Nothing Breaks Like a Heart = 132pts Chart Run (26-02-02-02-X) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 4 Weeks (still charting) So this first batch kicks off with Better Now by Post Malone and song which didn't have a big peak, however still managed to notch up 10 weeks on the chart. I'm not a huge fan of Post Malone, however Better Now is kinda catchy. Also here is the overplayed This is Me which featured on the Greatest Showman. I like the film, however I do wish now a year on that the song would leave the charts... but I guess they're popular. This is Me is the highest charting song from the film, although not the highest OST song on the chart. Charli XCX makes her first appearance at 123 with out of my heads; a top 10 peak, however for me the song got a bit tired quite quickly and was only on the chart for 6 weeks. The next 2 songs here are still charting; Nothing Break Like a Heart would probably be a lot higher had it been released earlier in the year and has already notched up 3 weeks at Number 2, behind the current Number 1 by Jax Jones x Years and Years. 120 = The 1975 // TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME = 135pts
Chart Run (23-26-34-18-25-24-22-29-34-40) Peak = 18 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 119 = Years & Years // Karma = 140pts Chart Run (15-14-20-27-30-35-32-31-30-36) Peak = 14 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 118 = Silk City ft Dua Lipa // Electricity = 141pts Chart Run (27-19-18-17-25-22-28-32-40) Peak = 17 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 117 = Tiësto & Dzeko ft Preme & Post Malone // Jackie Chan = 142pts Chart Run (31-26-29-29-19-18-18-27-30) Peak = 18 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 116 = Craig David // Focus = 142pts Chart Run (10-15-16-22-28-34-31-33-38) Peak = 10 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks Up next a batch of songs which spent a couple of months on the chart, but never really had massive peaks to really push them up the chart. The 1975 spent just 1 week in the top 20 with a Number 18 peak, however stayed on the chart for 10 weeks, yo-yoing up and down the charts, it is the only appearance of the 1975 in the chart. Meanwhile out of 2 batches we already have Post Malone who has a second song with his feature on Jackie Chan. Again a song which didn't have a big peak but was consistent at being top 30 for a fair while. Years & Years make their first appearance (and you'll probably be sick of them by the end of this EOY run down as they are one of my faves and have loved both their albums. Karma peaked at 14 and went on to spend 10 weeks on the chart. Meanwhile whilst Electricity was a Buzzjack smash (especially in the BJ Chart), it never massively gelled with me. A top 20 peak, however it felt like given the names attached to the song that it should've been much more. Finally rounding off this batch of 5 is Craig David who has 1 further song in the top 125. Focus wasn't a single, however was on the NMF playlist on Spotify when the album was released. Its pretty catchy and managed to spend a week in the top 10. Just to say the tie of two songs was broken by Focus having the higher peak. This post has been edited by ElectroBoy: 28th December 2018, 02:19 PM |

115 = Dakota ft Not3s // Sober = 143pts
Chart Run (05-11-17-20-25-31-35) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks 114 = ZHU ft Majid Jordan // Coming Home = 144pts Chart Run (14-11-13-16-20-29-40) Peak = 11 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks 113 = All Saints // Love Lasts Forever = 145pts Chart Run (05-08-13-19-24-34-39) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks 112 = Alan Walker ft Au/Ru & Tomine Harket // Darkside = 147pts Chart Run (10-08-13-15-23-32-39) Peak = 8 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks 111 = CamelPhat & Elderbrook // Cola = 149pts Chart Run (X-11-12-17-19-23-28-34-37-39) Peak = 5 (Peaked in 2017) Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks (in 2018) Up next a batch of songs (Barring 1) which did very little on the actual official chart (and also i-tunes and spotify too ). Dakota featured on a Jonas Blue track and Sober was her first single; helped with Not3s who makes his first appearance in the top 125. Sober I thought was good, however I guess as a song doesn't go anywhere and got old quite quickly. Similarly Coming Home and Love Lasts Forever had decent peaks, however could only muster 7 weeks a-piece on the charts. Rounding off this batch is Darkside with Alan Walker and Au/Ru; Au/Ru features on another track which is still yet to come and lastly Cola which made its peak in 2017, however spent a further 9 weeks on the Electro Chart in 2018 which means it enters at 111. This is the first appearance of CamelPhat who has another track still to come as well, which is still charting. |

110 = Ariana Grande // God is a Woman = 151pts
Chart Run (20-26-16-19-23-21-29-37-30-38) Peak = 16 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 109 = David Guetta, Martin Garrix & Brooks // Like I Do = 160pts Chart Run (16-11-14-21-21-23-30-35-38) Peak = 11 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 108 = Jax Jones x Years & Years // Play = 160pts Chart Run (01-01-01-01-X) Peak = 1 (4 weeks @ Number 1) Weeks on Chart = 4 Weeks (still charting) 107 = Kylie // Dancing = 165pts Chart Run (36-31-25-28-33-27-36-28-27-33-31-22-24-33-36) Peak = 22 Weeks on Chart = 15 Weeks 106 = Ramz // Barking = 169pts Chart Run (19-08-11-15-18-24-31-36-38) Peak = 8 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks The first appearance of Ariana Grande is at 110 with God is a Woman; to be honest the song has grown on me lately however as a whole it didn't really do it for me at the time in a big way, however it managed a couple of weeks in the top 20 before it started yo-yoing up and down the top 30. Similarly Like I Do managed a peak of 11 and 9 weeks on the chart, however was mainly at the lower end of the chart in the end. This batch also features my current Number 1, which so far as stayed at the top for 4 weeks; I'm sure this would probably have been in my top 10 of the year had it been released earlier has I have become slightly obsessed with the song, so probably will feature in the Electro 2019 EOY chart too. We then have Dancing by Kylie which had a mega chart run, however never peaked higher than 22, its not the last of Kylie on the chart as her duet with Jack Savoretti is still to come. At 106 is Barking by Ramz, a song which to be honest I'm surprised is this high. I was into this for a few weeks and made a week in the top 10, however I doubt i'd listen to this ever again |

Some great songs in your first batch - Nothing Breaks Like a Heart is still growing for me, wonder if it can hit #1 officially in the new year? TOOTIME, Cola, Play & Electricity are great picks as well!

105 = Hailee Steinfeld & BloodPop® // Capital Letters = 169pts
Chart Run (25-05-06-17-22-24-30-34-37) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 104 = Alice Merton // No Roots = 169pts Chart Run (04-06-10-16-22-28-34-39) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 8 Weeks 103 = Rita Ora // Anywhere = 170pts Chart Run (X-08-10-14-18-22-27-30-34-36) Peak = 1 (Peaked in 2017) Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks (In 2018) 102 = Troye Sivan ft Gordi // Postcard = 176pts Chart Run (04-07-11-13-20-26-30-X) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks (Still Charting) 101 = Disciples = 48HRS = 177pts Chart Run (04-08-13-19-19-25-30-36-38) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks Creeping to the top 100 now and these songs just miss out; Capital Letters and No Roots had pretty decent peaks, however they feel quite sharply however both receiving top 10 peaks. Neither did anything really officially though; despite the latter doing really well on i-tunes for a while. Also here is Anywhere by Rita Ora which peaked at Number 1 back in 2017 and charted enough in 2018 in order to make an impact here. There are still a couple of 2017 songs to come which have made it into the top 100. The final 2 songs; Troye Sivan's Postcard which is an album track... I initially overlooked the song when the album was first released, however as I listened more the song clicked. It is still charting, however is basically on its way out really. And finally missing out on the top 100 is 48HRS by Disciples; they had a breakthrough with On My Mind, however nothing offically after this has really done anything. I like 48HRS though, bit of a bop. |

100 = Years & Years and Jess Glynne // Come Alive = 178pts
Chart Run (06-04-05-05-07-X) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 5 Weeks (Still Charting) 99 = Silk City ft Mapei // Feel About You = 178pts Chart Run (04-07-10-12-18-24-34) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks 98 = Shift K3Y // Only You = 181pts Chart Run (08-13-16-21-21-24-25-30-35-36) Peak = 8 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 97 = Example // The Answer = 184pts Chart Run (06-07-13-17-21-23-28-33-37) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 96 = Riton x MNEK & House Gospel Choir // Deeper = 185pts Chart Run (07-11-15-17-19-23-26-31-35) Peak = 1 (Peaked in 2017) Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks (In 2018) The Top 100 kicks off with the only other Greatest Showman related track which is in fact still charting and already amassed 5 weeks in the top 10. From what i've heard of the 're-imagined' songs; Come Alive is the only one that is really re-imagined and something different done with it. This also marks the only Jess Glynne song on the chart, however as you can tell from the countdown so far by no means the last we've seen of Years and Years Also here is the 2nd and highest song from Silk City aka Mark Ronson with Feel About You; a bit of a bop as well as first and only appearances from Shift K3Y and Example all of whom made the top 10, however dropped fairly quickly. Rounding of this set of 5 is Riton, MENK and House Gospel Choir with Deeper which is a massive Bop IMO, its also the first of 3 appearance from MNEK in the top 100. |

95 = Mabel // One Shot = 187pts
Chart Run (06-09-13-15-13-22-30-35-39) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 94 = Dynoro & Gigi D'Agostino // In My Mind = 188pts Chart Run (05-09-04-09-16-26-35-X-36) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 8 Weeks 93 = LSD // Thunderclouds = 192pts Chart Run (10-05-09-15-22-20-26-30-40) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 92 = Tom Odell ft Alice Merton // Half as Good as You = 193pts Chart Run (19-11-08-07-16-21-25-33-37-40) Peak = 7 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 91 = Kylie Minogue & Jack Savoretti // Music's Too Sad Without You = 193pts Chart Run (04-05-09-13-11-11-X) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 6 Weeks (Still Charting) The second and final appearance of Kylie here as she make the top 100, however just misses out on a place in the top 90. The song is still charting and I guess had it enterred the chart earlier would no doubt be a fair bit higher. Also here is the second and final appearance of Alice Merton who's duet with Tom Odell also makes the top 100 after spending 10 weeks on the chart and peaking within the top 10. The other songs here from Mabel, Dynoro and LSD all had fairly good peaks, however didn't have a huge stay at the higher end. Mabel's One Shot had a few weeks in the top 10, however is far outshone by Fine Line which is still to come. Similarly LSD's Thundercloud's is their 2nd highest song behind Audio, whilst Dynoro spent 4 weeks in the top 10, however fell sharply as It got tired kinda quickly, but still does enough to be in the top 100. |

90 = Kris Kross Amsterdam x the Boy Next Door ft Conor Maynard // Whenever = 195pts
Chart Run (07-08-14-20-28-29-32-34-29-26-32-38) Peak = 7 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks 89 = George Ezra // Pretty Shining People = 196pts Chart Run (17-13-18-09-12-18-26-29-34-38) Peak = 8 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 88 = Post Malone & Swae Lee // Sunflower = 202pts Chart Run (20-10-11-13-17-21-25-28-30-33-X) Peak = 10 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks (Still Charting) 87 = Shawn Mendes // Nervous = 202pts Chart Run (09-06-10-11-16-23-27-32-35-39) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 86 = George Fitzgerald // Burns = 204pts Chart Run (X-05-07-12-14-17-22-24-30-34) Peak = 1 (2017 Peak) Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks (in 2018) Kicking off the top 90 and this batch sees the third and final appearance of Post Malone... who knew I was such a fan Sunflower may well have got higher too had it charted earlier given its still on the chart now. Here we also see the first appearance of Shawn Mendes; his album campaign was extremely bizarre and post In My Blood ever seemed to get off the ground. Nervous enters at 87 after a few weeks in the top 10, I think it could've been a hit officially had it actually be pushed. George Ezra also makes his first appearance here with an album track; Pretty Shining People, again I think that could be a hit if ever pushed correctly but I guess we'll see if that ever happens. Rounding out the group at 86 is George Fitzgerald's Burns which got to Number 1 in 2017 and amassed enough weeks in the chart to hit the top 90 in 2018. |

85 = James Arthur // You Deserve Better = 208pts
Chart Run (09-10-11-15-15-23-25-25-33-36) Peak = 9 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 84 = Marshmello ft Anne-Marie // FRIENDS = 213pts Chart Run (03-04-11-12-14-20-26-30-36) Peak = 3 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 83 = Camila Cabello // Never Be The Same = 219pts Chart Run (12-15-06-11-13-20-23-28-32-39-X-35-39) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks 82 = CamelPhat x Cristoph ft Jem Cooke // Breathe = 220pts Chart Run (02-03-07-06-04-04-X) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 6 Weeks (Still Charting) 81 = MNEK // Tongue = 221pts Chart Run (05-04-10-13-19-20-21-29-33-37-39) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks The first and only appearance of Anne-Marie here on FRIENDS and song which I did like, but I did find got a little bit boring quite quickly, nonetheless it makes the top 90. Also here is the absolute tune by CamelPhat; Breathe. Its still charting and most likely will be in the 2019 EOY Chart too; hopefully this actually becomes a hit officially. We also have the first appearance of Buzzjack favourite James Arthur with You Deserve Better; there's still another JA track to come, however this spent a couple of weeks in the top 10 before its decent. MNEK makes another appearance with Tongue which at the time was hoping would be his moment to really build on Never Forget You. However it bombed and didn't chart; which is a shame as I think its a good song, different too and was top 10 for 3 weeks peaking at Number 4. |

80 = George Fitzgerald ft Lil Silva // Roll Back = 225pts
Chart Run (14-12-05-10-11-18-24-26-31-36-39) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks 79 = Sigrid // Strangers = 227pts Chart Run (09-07-03-05-11-16-22-31-38) Peak = 3 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks 78 = HRVY // I Wish You Were Here = 228pts Chart Run (25-12-08-06-09-14-19-22-29-38) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 77 = SIgala, Ella Eyre & Meghan Trainor ft French Montana // Just Got Paid = 228pts Chart Run (03-09-10-13-17-21-22-28-36-39-X-36-36-35-X) Peak = 3 Weeks on Chart = 13 Weeks (Still Charting) 76 = Benny Blanco x Calvin Harris // I Found You = 229pts Chart Run (10-07-09-09-12-15-17-20-X) Peak = 7 Weeks on Chart = 8 Weeks (Still Charting) The Top 80 kicks off with the second entrant from George Fitzgerald and top 5 hit Roll Back which debuted onto the Electro Chart back in January. Also here is the only entrant from Sigrid with Strangers and also the only entrant for HRVY with I Wish You Were Here. The latter being a bit of a guilty pleasure; its catchy enough... even if the dancing and everything about him is a big cheesefest. Sigala had some big songs on the Electro Chart with 4 songs ahead of Just Got Paid which debuted in the top 3, however did drop down quickly. Its clocked up a number of weeks between 31-40 and is still currently charting, trickling in points however not enough to make a massive impact. Benny Bianco and Calvin Harris also make their first appearance; both having a song each in front of this collaboration. I Found You has spent 4 weeks in the top 10, peaking at Number 7, its still currently charting, but I doubt it will impact next years EOY chart. |

75 = The Wombat // Cheetah Tongue = 238pts
Chart Run (04-05-07-11-15-18-21-26-27-38) Peak = 4 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 74 = Bebe Rexha // I’m a Mess = 238pts Chart Run (01-06-10-12-16-21-24-26-26-33-38) Peak = 1 (1 Week @ Number 1) Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks 73 = MNEK ft Hailee Steinfield // Colour = 240pts Chart Run (12-14-20-30-28-31-26-17-20-13-18-27-37) Peak = 12 Weeks on Chart = 13 Weeks 72 = Ava Max // Sweet but Psycho = 241pts Chart Run (11-03-02-03-07-10-10-X) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks (Still Charting) 71 = Sigala ft Kylie Minogue // What You Waiting For = 245pts Chart Run (31-09-12-18-16-12-16-19-25-29-31-33-37-X) Peak = 9 Weeks on Chart = 7 Weeks (Still Charting) Kylie makes her final appearance on the Electro chart with her collaboration with Sigala making its way to 71. Initially I was a bit non-plussed by the, however it grew on me majorly to peak in the top 10. Also here is current chart Number 1 Ava Max who peaked at 2 on my chart and so far has spent 6 weeks within the top 10. Bebe Rexha makes an appearance with I'm a Mess; it reached Number 1 on my chart, however fell very quickly down the chart (compared to other Number 1's. MNEK makes his final appearance with Colour; the song didn't have anywhere near as a bigger peak as Tongue, however stayed on the chart much longer yo-yoing up and down the chart. The Wombats also make an appearance her with Cheetah Tongue; bit of a bop! |

70 = Troye Sivan // The Good Side = 245pts
Chart Run (02-02-04-08-12-16-25-32-34-34-37) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks 69 = Craig David ft Bastille // I Know You = 245pts Chart Run (02-04-07-12-12-17-20-25-30-38-40-40) Peak = 1 (2017 Peak) Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks (in 2018) 68 = PBH & Jack Shizzle // Ayla = 246pts Chart Run (11-07-06-10-11-12-18-24-28-37) Peak = 6 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks 67 = Ariana Grande // No Tears Left to Cry = 250pts Chart Run (02-03-04-10-15-18-21-24-29-36-40-40) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks 66 = Jax Jones ft Ina Wroldsen // Breathe = 254pts Chart Run (01-03-05-08-09-16-19-26-31-40-X-39) Peak = 1 (1 Week @ Number 1) Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks The first Electro Number 1 of the year in this batch as Jax Jones' Breathe is at 66, it didn't have a length chartrun that most of my numbers 1's seem to have, however clocked up 11 weeks in the chart and even a re-entry at one point. Also here is more Sivan goodness here as The Good Side makes the top 70; it spent 2 weeks at Number 2 behind another song of his (My, My, My) which is yet to come. Ariana Grande is also here, I did like NTLTC, however I think out of everything this era its Breathin' that stuck the most with me (as shown here), however NTLTC managed 12 weeks on the chart before exiting. The final hangover from 2017 is also in this batch with I Know You having an impressive 2018 chartrun; it was the final Number 1 of 2017 which I guess helped to give it a good spingboard into 2018. PBH & Jack Shizzle's Ayla i also a here; a bit if a surprise hit after seeing someone commenting on the main i-tunes thread about the song. It became a bit of an instant hit; peaking at Number 6 on the chart |

Hello Electro!
Pretty nice countdown so far! Here are the songs I've liked so far: 66 = Jax Jones ft Ina Wroldsen // Breathe = 254pts 67 = Ariana Grande // No Tears Left to Cry = 250pts 69 = Craig David ft Bastille // I Know You = 245pts 71 = Sigala ft Kylie Minogue // What You Waiting For = 245pts 72 = Ava Max // Sweet but Psycho = 241pts 73 = MNEK ft Hailee Steinfield // Colour = 240pts 75 = The Wombat // Cheetah Tongue = 238pts 76 = Benny Blanco x Calvin Harris // I Found You = 229pts 77 = Sigala, Ella Eyre & Meghan Trainor ft French Montana // Just Got Paid = 228pts 78 = HRVY // I Wish You Were Here = 228pts 79 = Sigrid // Strangers = 227pts 82 = CamelPhat x Cristoph ft Jem Cooke // Breathe = 220pts 83 = Camila Cabello // Never Be The Same = 219pts 84 = Marshmello ft Anne-Marie // FRIENDS = 213pts 85 = James Arthur // You Deserve Better = 208pts 87 = Shawn Mendes // Nervous = 202pts 88 = Post Malone & Swae Lee // Sunflower = 202pts 89 = George Ezra // Pretty Shining People = 196pts 90 = Kris Kross Amsterdam x the Boy Next Door ft Conor Maynard // Whenever = 195pts 91 = Kylie Minogue & Jack Savoretti // Music's Too Sad Without You = 193pts 92 = Tom Odell ft Alice Merton // Half as Good as You = 193pts 93 = LSD // Thunderclouds = 192pts 94 = Dynoro & Gigi D'Agostino // In My Mind = 188pts 95 = Mabel // One Shot = 187pts 96 = Riton x MNEK & House Gospel Choir // Deeper = 185pts 97 = Example // The Answer = 184pts 100 = Years & Years and Jess Glynne // Come Alive = 178pts 101 = Disciples = 48HRS = 177pts 103 = Rita Ora // Anywhere = 170pts 104 = Alice Merton // No Roots = 169pts 105 = Hailee Steinfeld & BloodPop® // Capital Letters = 169pts 106 = Ramz // Barking = 169pts 108 = Jax Jones x Years & Years // Play = 160pts 109 = David Guetta, Martin Garrix & Brooks // Like I Do = 160pts 110 = Ariana Grande // God is a Woman = 151pts 111 = CamelPhat & Elderbrook // Cola = 149pts 112 = Alan Walker ft Au/Ru & Tomine Harket // Darkside = 147pts 116 = Craig David // Focus = 142pts 117 = Tiësto & Dzeko ft Preme & Post Malone // Jackie Chan = 142pts 118 = Silk City ft Dua Lipa // Electricity = 141pts 120 = The 1975 // TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME = 135pts 121 = Mark Ronson ft Miley Cyrus // Nothing Breaks Like a Heart = 132pts 123 = Charli XCX ft Tove Lo & ALMA // Out of My Head = 128pts 124 = Kaela Settle & The Greatest Show Man // This Is Me = 127pts 125 = Post Malone // Better Now = 123pts |

65 = James Arthur // Empty Space = 255pts
Chart Run (14-11-08-12-14-17-22-17-19-21-X) Peak = 8 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks (Still Charting) 64 = LSD // Audio = 255pts Chart Run (11-10-05-08-09-14-20-23-27-32-38-40) Peak = 5 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks 63 = Marshmello x Bastille // Happier = 260pts Chart Run (20-17-22-23-22-19-16-10-16-19-25-30-35-40) Peak = 10 Weeks on Chart = 14 Weeks 62 = Ariana Grande // thank you, next = 260pts Chart Run (09-02-08-10-10-11-12-06-X) Peak = 2 Weeks on Chart = 8 Weeks (Still Charting) 61 = Troye Sivan // What A Heavenly Way to Die = 261pts Chart Run (07-13-15-24-28-31-33-31-33-33-16-19-24-25-22-X) Peak = 7 Weeks on Chart = 15 Weeks (Still Charting) Just out before the top 60 are the highest placed songs by James Arthur, LSD and Marshmellow (+Bastille); all 3 songs made the top 10, with the James Arthur song still very much charting. Also still charting here is thank you, next by Ariana Grande, it re-enterred the top 10 in the last chart of the year however is behind breathin' and also Dance to This in terms of remaining Ariana songs. Marshmello and Bastille had just 1 week within the top 10 despite a 14 week chart run, however it was mainly around the 25-15 mark for most of its chart run and being consistent rather than really high peaking. Finally another album track by Troye Sivan, which has clocked up a hefty 15 weeks on the Electro chart, with a Number 7 peak; it had a bit of a resurgence midway in its chart run which has helped to propel it up the rankings. |
