I like the song.
The video is ok really. I guess it feels like more could've been done with the concept and some of the green screen work looks dodgy, but Red Girl's not exactly in the black as it is so give her a break. |

Melanie had "The Late Late Show with James Corden" booked to promote this single, but the show was suspended because of coronavirus. Unfortunate timing, she hasn't had a US slot as high profile as that in... forever?

The video had the makings of a great idea but the execution is pretty bad. I'm assuming the woman who is seemingly sat 20 feet away from Melanie is supposed to be sculpting her, how very odd they made that look so odd.
It needed 2 or 3 more looks and at the end they need to all morph into the current day Melanie. The song is ok, I'm not sure I'm here for High Heels or Who I am dance Melanie. We shall see maybe it is a grower. |
