"an song by an artist which as part of the lead credit has only had one top 20 hit single" (basically the R1 definition)

Now that we're into more recent years, the songs should mostly be more familiar so there will now be 3 years per voting thread.

rank your top 10 from each year, the top 5 from each year will then progress to the final.
