Take Me Home

Made In the A.M.

Bonus if you've heard it: where would Mind of Mine fit in?

1. FOUR (pop perfection, barely any duds)
2. Take Me Home
3. Up All Night (I have really good memories with this album)
4. Made In the A.M.
5. Midnight Memories (ultimately has the most filler for me)

Mind of Mine would be a distant LAST cause it's super dull sad.gif

1. FOUR (This is definitely their most complete album, and I think if you played it across people who didn't know this was One Direction, they would like a lot of the songs. There are a couple of bad ones, but it's a really good mature pop album).
2. Take me Home (Great fun pop music, definitely the end of them becoming a pop band though).
3. Midnight Memories (A really fun album, but there are lots of filler on here and it's like a bit of a breakup album. Obviously their label wanted some big pop songs on there, but they wanted to write some more mature stuff.. as such it's neither here nor there)
4. Made In The A.M. (Some good songs, some quite bad ones. I don't think a lot of effort was put in to this, but still not a bad album with some highlights).
5. Up All Night (Some great pop gems on this, but what I think I don't like about the album so much is that Niall/Louis are heavily given mixed vocals and you can tell it was edited. I think this is too pure pop for me.. but some really good fun tracks still).

01 FOUR
02 Made In The A.M.
03 Up All Night

They definitely got better as the music matured towards album 4/5 but I still like their debut a lot, it's loads of fun but I do think the songs got both catchier and more lyrically interesting as the albums continued.

Not heard:
Take Me Home
Midnight Memories
Mind of Mine (just had no desire of listening to this 'cause everything else sounded so boring aside from PT so I feared the album would be dull too)

I feel like I should probably listen to all the other three albums because I enjoyed the other three that I have heard so much. I think I've never listened to TMH because I despised LWWY so so much and was just put off but I think I should make it my mission to listen to the other three sometime in the near future for sure biggrin.gif
