'Can't Get You Out of My Head' is widely established as Kylie's signature song and the one that remains most remembered by the public today, but what songs would be next?

Which songs would spring to mind if you asked the average Joe to name Kylie songs?

From the perspective of people around my age, I'd say non-Kylie fans would recognise 'Locomotion', 'Especially for You' and 'Better the Devil You Know' from her pre-millennium music. Possibly 'I Should Be So Lucky' too, although from my experience I've not encountered it out and about - for a big 80s hit, it doesn't seem be remembered the way other 80s hits have been. Those that remember it from its release would definitely be able to name it if asked for a list of Kylie songs though; the big hair and bubble bath scene are pretty recognisable.

'Spinning Around' is probably second to 'Head' in terms of recognisable Kylie songs. I'd say 'Kids', 'Love at First Sight' and 'Wow' are all recognisable Kylie hits too.

Maybe this is just from personal experience again but, despite them being big hits and considered classics by fans, I don't think 'Confide in Me' or 'All the Lovers' would be that known.

I'd also add 'Santa Baby'. Obviously it would only really be recalled when near the Christmas period but it's the version people my age are most familiar with and they like the novelty of the overly sexual singing.

These:

I Should Be So Lucky
The Locomotion
Hand On Your Heart (to a point)
Better The Devil You Know
Confide In Me (to a point)
Spinning Around
On A Night Like This (again, to a point. A lot of people associate it with a bingo advert)
Can't Get You Out Of My Head
Love At First Sight
Slow (to a point)
All The Lovers (to a point)

I was tempted to put 'I Believe In You', but I'd probably say not really. I suppose 'Santa Baby' has become a Christmas staple.

A decent number of songs I'd say.

Especially For You is a well remembered song.

Step Back In Time and Tears on My Pillow are songs i often see popping up on occasions. While this would be lesser known i would feel they are still remembered to a point.

On the flip of this conversation, which of Kylie;s biggest hits is no longer remembered?

I wouldn't say 'The Loco-motion' was barely remembered. I know it was a staple school disco hit for me as a kid and got played at my prom a few years back too where everyone still remembered it and presumably knew it was Kylie. Seems to be well remembered in the US where it appears to be second to 'Head' for her biggest hits.

The Loco Motion is a song that often crops up here there and everywhere and i certainly class it as one of Kylie's most remembered. Lets also not forget it is the song that kicked off her music career.
