Very excited!! wub.gif 'Blown Away' was the first album of Carrie's that I bought and that made me a proper Carrie fan. I now have all of her albums so I can't wait for a new one!

Carnival Ride and Some Hearts are both in my top 5 albums ever, and Play On would likely be top 10 wub.gif Blown Away wasn't quite as good but it's still brilliant and was one of the best albums of 2012. In short, colour me excited!

Carrie and Miranda both releasing should make a stellar year for country <3

That's surprising. I thought 2015 was more likely. I hope that means something is coming soon, so she can premiere it on Idol.

I was disappointed in her last lead single (Good Girl) but the rest of the album made up for it. Hopefully Carrie has something much better to kick off this era.

But anyway YES! The sooner the better!

Carrie is announcing something on The Today Show on Friday apparently, and it's rumoured to be a new single according to various sources including a Radio DJ who deleted a tweet last week suggesting new Carrie music was coming within a fortnight! Check ATRL for all the various sources kink.gif

Very excited, and with the success of 'I Know You Won't' recently I'm even more excited for new Carrie songs! wub.gif

I guess with how long country singles take to peak on radio and the chart in general, she has plenty of time to have her baby etc, didn't think of that factor before! Amazingly excited anyway, she's always one of my ultimate faves <3

I'd imagine Taylor's move to pop for her new album will be of great benefit to Carrie. Looking forward to hearing what she's come up with. Never been much of a country fan barring a few songs here and there but the singles from her last album were all great, particularly 'Blown Away'.

This is just a greatest hits album sad.gif well, not "just", it is Carrie after all <3 It makes sense though as she won't be able to fully promote a full album, hopefully there's 3 or 4 new tracks. Out December 9th!

Slowly making my way through her discography on Spotify. 'Some Hearts' is a decent album so far.

Never been a fan but I'll be listening to her Greatest Hits. The title is even worse than "Greatest Hits - Chapter One" though sick2.gif

The UK edition of Blown Away was essentially a greatest hits album though. laugh.gif (they tagged in a bunch of her US hits onto it). Can't wait for the new material. Hope she comes over to the UK and promotes it - would be nice to see it do well/help familiarise the UK with her music. smile.gif

I love Carrie! She is one of the few gems left i. The country music genre! I'll definitely give this a buy, tbh.

Any guesses for the tracklist?
