 Happy I managed to get the colour one when I could only bring the Prince album to mind and astounded at how close some of my wacky Missing Vowels guesses were (for 'You're Elvis' I put 'Your Elves' fully expecting it to have the word 'love' in there somewhere  )

Thanks for a brilliant quiz and congratulations to Dandy*. I’d guessEd the Greek letters one after one clue but chose not to go for it. I should have had the courage to go for the planets one after a single clue as well. I was nowhere near the northern capitals but what a great question!
I shall have to catch up with tonight’s version of the real thing later as I’m seeing Public Service Broadcasting. |

Really enjoyed this quiz... and going to watch the real thing in 10 minutes for the first time.

 Delighted to have won, I thought I’d done well as nearly all of my guesses paid off as the clues were revealed - but just wasn’t sure how brave everyone else would have been. Slightly annoyed with myself for jumping the gun on the northern capitals one, especially as I’d have guessed correctly after clue two. I was thrown by the Eurovision nature of the first track and assumed it was something else. |

This was a lot of fun, thanks for hosting! Revealing the clues one by one definitely made it more exciting and more like the show, and the difficulty was suitably Only-Connect-y too 😄

Happy with my result, just wish I'd worked on the quiz earlier in the week while the clues were worth more than a point! I didn't have time though. Thanks Doctor Blind for explaining things for me, your quiz turned out great. Congrats Dandy for doing so well!
