18. So Fine
Baby Boy has been gathering votes from the start and falls in Round 3. Produced by Scott Storch with Arabic influences, this hot collaboration between Sean Paul and Beyonce was a huge American #1 in 2003. Perhaps overshadowed by his other hits that year, I did expect this to finish higher I must admit.
The other victim of Round 3 is I'm Still In Love With You with Sasha. An ode to one-sided love, this was a big hit at the start of 2004 which was probably down to how huge Sean Paul was the year before. I find it infectious, but can see how some people would find it annoying. Still hear it occasionally to this day.
Vote will close at midnight on Thursday 7th January. Enjoy!
Shame I'm Still In Love You has gone, always liked that one (even if it's weaker than most of his early stuff). Baby Boy on the other hand I can live without, brilliant video but the song is nothing special.
We Be Burning to go next please .. and glad Baby Boy is out, I've been voting for that for a while.
What about us
It's not his song
I voted for 'Gimme The Light', but I didn't notice 'What About Us' was in the poll. Can someone switch my vote please?
You guys seriously prefer 'What About Us' to 'Baby Boy'...
I can't even.
First Queen Bey and now you're targeting The Sats?
What About Us
I voted for Breathe as I couldn't remember what it was. Then as soon as I voted I remembered what it was
Poor Blu Cantrell
Closes when I'm home from work at midnight... If you haven't voted yet, get on it!!
What do people have against carefree pop?
THIS. IS. SAVAGE.
what a boppin discography
Baby Boy was great.
I don't like him and can't stand his voice, but objectively 'Like Glue' and 'Ever Blazin' are the only two left here that I PROPERLY hate, I can't see a remote listenable quality in them.
I'll be gunning for those, particular the former.
