Yay for Riton being playlisted!! Rinse & Repeat became a hit in Russian dance radio stations, so wondered if it'll get support in UK.
Little Mix's appearance is welcome, wish dem the best.
Removing Dawin and Martin Solveig seems dreadful, particularly cuz the fact that Dessert's chart impact date is just coming. +1... okay, mr. Solveig, you should release smth Intoxicated-ish. Anyway, I like that groovy track, shame it didn't go well.
Also playing along this unhealthy hype about Bieber stalling at C-list.
Interested in BBC Introducing act, as I've heard Emmi's vocals on 'Blind' by Feder. My Kinda Swag souns good, pretty good.
Found out that Blossoms and All Time Low bands released worthy songs, already put them in my playlist. At Most A Kiss sounds very Muse without Matt.
Can Taylor just get over her career after Out Of The Woods fail?

I'd rather 'Hello' was on the playlist over 'Sorry' or 'Adventure of a Lifetime' though. 'History' and 'Sweet Lovin'' need to go too.

Thank God '+1' has finally left - felt like it had been and gone ages ago (and even then it hadn't really 'been' anywhere) and was a crap song any way.

Happy that Elle King and Snakehips are still there and 'Army' is moving up. YES for Little Mix!! cheer.gif

I like +1 but it's basically like every other dance song out there right now so it's no surprise that it hasn't done well imo.

They left it too late to release it. Also R1 playlisted it well after its peak, which made no sense to me.

'+1' could have been a minor top 40 hit but they really messed its release up. but as we can see now it was never going to be big on an 'Intoxicated' level or the R1 playlisting would have pushed it towards the top 40 which it didn't.

Regarding Zara Larsson, remember that although it has been released, its impact date could still be a few weeks away so they could very well add it next week or the week after. 'Love Me Like You' for example was only added a couple of weeks after release. It seems to be the way a lot of new releases are going.

I agree but surely radio 1s playlist needs to embrace the new era more and become much more flexible with support and not just follow release dates. Obv a situation like Sorry and LY doesn't happen very often but with things like LM they could have just added it when it was clearly appealing to people and not just rigidly stick to a impact date which is irrelevant to most people - but I do understand some record labels will want AirPlay held back to coincide with their planned promo.

It was only serviced to UK radio on Friday and there may have just not been room on the playlist for it this week. They ought to have seen it coming like we did, but not to worry - it'll be on there in the next week or two. I doubt it has been rejected outright. They just often sit on records until they are ready to playlist them.

They should put LY in A playlist now .I don't understand why they can't play both Sorry and LY in A playlist.
