Results
Well, hello again (again)! You've been voting for your favourite unknown tracks for the past few weeks (some of your favourites are truly baffling but hey-ho) and the results will start tonight/tomorrow, Monday the 7th of November at 8pm. I'll MAGICALLY crown a winner and reveal who submitted and voted for what. Sadly, I won't be accepting any late votes (apologies Horatio) purely because everything has been organised neatly and in the cheekiest order possible (I did also push the deadline back almost a week HEHE). Anyway! Feel free to speculate until the results start but try and keep your votes/song choice to yourself. ENJOY.

Indeed. Plus, it was my personal opinion. The rest of the world thinks that House of Balloons was by far his best album and Thursday has its haters. Initiation is rumoured to be from his third mixtape which is about to come out, so it does not represent the sound of The Weeknd's first two mixtapes.

'Initiation' is definitely the worst I have heard from The Weeknd, although I love both mixtapes.

With that said, it seems to me that his trilogy of mixtapes attempts to tell a story about losing yourself in the temptations of the nightlife, in that context a dark chaotic last mixtape, in the musical as well as lyrical style of Initiation, would really complete the work. Even though Initiation is far from my favourite, it is still one of the tracks I like most in this version of UP.

House of Balloons is one of the best releases of this year. Initiation is pretty darn good, too. I guess it's kind of a cheap entry, though.

My initial thought was Summer Camp, given it was the song so many people wanted, but it hasn't been discussed at all so I'm guessing not. It's hard to pick a winner I think. Hopefully it'll be the song I've given 20 points to, it's by far my favourite - I wonder if Cremey sent it!

I've found a song that I'm sure will do rather well in the next UP. And the last time I had that feeling, I entered Pictureplane and won. It's a "why on earth isn't this huge?" song though. I have an awful feeling it'll get huge too soon.

Myself, Freeze and Grebo all equalled our highest ever finishes with Grebo becoming the first person to finish in the same position three times, never quite managing to finish higher than 8th!

I've no idea really. I never expected I L U to even be in the top 10, let alone finish 2nd. Islands finished 22nd for me but that's my second favourite entry, whilst Grouplove is probably my least favourite of all my entries, and that finished 2nd!

Has anyone thought about doing an end of year competition to round up the four rounds we've had this year and bridge the gap until VIII? It could be pretty interesting to see what we all think was the best "unknown" song of 2011. I know my opinons have changed on numerous songs and others have mentioned the same.
